Wow! The branch manager in McComb MS is the best ever! Actually I’ve dealt with everyone there and they are amazing! This being said, Haylie Allen leads by example! She always makes me feel like I’m the most important customer she has! I cannot express enough just how fantastic is is to visit this branch and to be treated like family!

I received a letter from a business saying that their system was showing that my husband and I owed them $1000 from almost 2 years ago. Their system went through some kind of glitch and they needed proof that we had paid. I couldn’t find the receipt and my bank app wouldn’t let me go that far back. I called Sunbelt in McComb and spoke to Connie. She was very friendly, proficient, and fast. I had proof in no time that I had paid the 1000 and was able to resolve the issue with no problems. Thanks, Connie, you’re the best.

I received a call on Friday from Jamie informing me of all the wonderful investments that the organization has to offer. I was very interested and pleased that the Credit Union reached out to inform me of the investments that would benefit me. I did decide to take a chance and invest some of my funds. Thank you for reaching out and making me feel valuable.

You guys had a perfectly good app, I was very satisfied with it, I even sent you CSCU a new customer, when I wS forced to update the new app afterwards I wasn't able to pay my bills, I shouldn't have to call in, or visit a branch to take care of my business. This update is costing me time and money that I already can't afford
