Lowes Foods of Burlington

Very clean location. They have a pleasant staff, pleasant management, the store is organized, things are easy to find and overall it's a nice environment. I have no complaints. 🥰

As you go in, you enter a large area of various specialty shops, produce, cooked food, prepared sandwiches, various salads (the coleslaw is great), a bakery of various very nice looking breads, seafood shop, & a butcher shop area. They also carry a few products that the other chain stores do not. Quality is close to or matching Harris Teeter. Prices are similar, though no discounts on gas like Harris Teeter does, at least not to my knowledge. Overall, it is well worth the trip, especially if you want to get some fried chicken. Lol.

Amazing beer garden. Great place too have a beer when it's raining. Decent selection compared to many places in town. But not a specialist in beer like a big city.

The bakery here will get you in trouble if you love bread!! It's amazing! Always very friendly, great quality and beautiful store. Always very clean and organized!

Love this place! Unfortunately didn't have the cut of beef I was looking for when I went but that's a roll of the dice.

It was the end of the day and the lady serving hot food was so kind and honest with me. I appreciate that more than she knows. I ended up going with a tray that they made there that had their homemade pimento cheese in it and that stuff is probably the best I've ever had!

Nice selection of high quality produce. Staff is always extremely pleasant and helpful. Prices are slightly higher than nearby stores but the quality of food and cleanliness of the store are worth it. Don't forget to try their fresh squeezed orange juice!

I’ve always been a Harris teeter/ Publix shopper recently I stop by lowes foods for some steaks. I was shocked by the assistant from the beef shop who knew all about the different cuts of meat and how to prepare them from the temperature to the seasoning, always had issue with finding the right cut or seasoning from other places. Not to mention the great small talk we had. He also walked me to the spice isle to show me what spices to use to make it taste better. BEST STEAKS My family has ever had. I will continue to purchase meat from only here now. Thank you Danny for a pleasurable experience

Great selection of items & good prices.

There are certain things they carry that other groceries do not have.

Recently I visited the floral department for two arrangements for a funeral. Michelle did an amazing job for me! She took time to ask exactly what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I asked for, at a very reasonable price! But I changed my mind last minute. Again, Michelle to the rescue. She took the time to alter the original bouquets to, again, give me exactly what I wanted! Michelle’s customer service is awesome, as are her floral design skills. Thanks, Michelle and Lowe’s - I’m a happy customer!

I love many items at Lowes that you can't get any place else! I love their fried chicken and pimento cheese and salad bar👍 and awesome 5 flavor pound cake. They don't make the cake anymore.😭😭

Gentleman in the beer den was delightful and very helpful.

This is the coolest grocery store. There were so many fresh food options. They had salads, personal pizzas, nice sized sandwiches, a bakery, Bar-B-Q meats, and a small bar area for beer. Amazing experience.

Great grocery store, fantastic staff, attention to detail, and management at this location.

Very clean, well organized and the staff was courteous and friendly. I was there early and the smells coming from the bakery had my stomach growling and I'd just eaten breakfast. Bathrooms were very clean too.

Everything i needed was located with ease. Good trip to grocery store.

Good grocery store to go to. Has a bar where you can drink and lots of different options on the hot bar.
