Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa - Frederick

We go once a week! We should have our own booth!! Best tasting chicken, yucca is crispy perfection, savory Brussels sprouts, and beans and rice are on point as is their yummy chaufa rice. And much more to choose from. Turn around is so fast there that nothing ever sits too long. Food is always so fresh and juicy. Authentic and mouthwatering meals. Every time.

The food is AWESOME. The lady at the register was super nice and recommended 2 different sauces to try. The portions are for construction workers. $14.84 for 1 breast, 1 wing, fried rice, black beans, and 8 pieces of plantain.

Stopped by this location for a pit stop during a 11 hour road trip and was definitely impressed. We saw that they offered Peruvian food, had good ratings, and that was enough for me to check them out. Will definitely visit this restaurant chain whenever I'm visiting or passing by Maryland again.

My wife and I tried 2 different specials, I got the Ultimate 3 Meat Combo with Carne Asada, Beef Skewer, and a Lamb Chop, with a side of Arroz Chaufa and Fried Plantains. While my wife got the Churrasco De Pollo with Mixed Vegetables and a House Salad. It took some time to get our orders since they needed to cook some of the meat, but the food was delicious and filling when it came. The meats were seasoned well, however I did find the carne asada a bit tougher, and the lamb chop to be a bit small. I specifically enjoyed the arroz chaufa and the fried plantains. The dressing for the House salad comes with a good kick of spice for those with a spice tolerance. Also we did find the pico de gallo that comes with the Churrasco De Pillo to be such a small serving, hope they gave a little bit more since it went well with the combo. Food 4/5

The staff seem to be mostly of Hispanic / Latino decent, which is great! They we're mostly friendly and communicative of the wait times, even if it took longer than what they communicated. They also brought the food to our table which was a plus. Service: 4.5/5

The place is vibrant with Latin music playing in the background and the aromas hitting your senses. Also seeing the busy kitchen and grill in the background adds to the atmosphere. Dining area seems to be clean and well-maintained, as well as the restrooms. Atmosphere: 5/5

First time here, I had the quarter chicken with fried rice and grilled brussel sprouts with salsa picante sauce. Everything tasted great!! The food was very fresh and perfectly cooked.

This is simply a staple in our house. The chicken, sauces, and sides are all fantastic. One of my favorite places to order from. We typically take it to go and the food is still so affordable!

Hands down best fish I have had in a long time. They give you Big portions and the fish was so fresh and seasoned very well. For 13 bucks I left full as a tick. Lol

The chicken is on the salty side but otherwise it was delicious. We fixed that by having some rice with it. The sides were delicious too. The sauces were not spicy. They taste like BBQ sauce.

Peruvian chicken and a great variety of sides, dipping sauces, great and fresh food all the time, good prices to dine in or take out, friendly staff, excellent customer service.
Pretty busy at lunch time, on weekends too! But plenty parking lot spaces.

Crisp and Juicy used to be my favorite until I tried Sardi's. Better flavors (love the chaufa and black beans), crispier yuca, and the price is perfect for a whole chicken and 3 sides meal to feed my family every few weeks.

Food was excellent and the Sardi's staff went above and beyond to help me out!! Thank you so much. The chicken was delicious and the veggies cooked perfectly.

Unbelievable chicken! The best gyro I have ever had. The alfajor cookies are something you will crave always after eating just one.

This is the absolute best Peruvian chicken in all of Frederick, been going for many years! Great service as well, I cannot recommend them enough!

Not beef, not pork, not fried, not bland. This hit the spot. it was fresh, clean, and popping! Didn’t break my diet. Absolutely perfect! 10 out of 10!

Ordered the chicken souvlaki and was very happy! The kabobs were full of flavor from the chicken and veggies and it was cooked perfectly. They served with naan bread and rice and you still get 2 sides. Great food and will order this again! It’s better than just the chicken plates to me.

The food rocks! Highly recommend eating here then go watch a movie at Warehouse Cinemas!

Janeth and staff are always outgoing and helpful, I always observe the way they work as a team. The food is always fresh and very good. This restaurant is always clean.

Fun spot, needed to pick up some parts at Home Depot and this was rated highly. The food was great, took a bit longer than expected, but the amount of people that came in to order was impressive. Good change of pace!

The food at the Frederick Sardi's is always incredible and today I had a large take out. My server, Livida, was wonderful and made sure my large order was correct and packaged well so it was easy to transport to a corporate lunch. Thank you Livida!
