This review is for a particular sales person at they Verizon store in Banner Elk, NC. Gabriel S. went above and beyond in customer service. He is truly a great person who cares about his customers. I cannot say enough good things about him! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Thank you, Gabriel!

I went into the Banner elk store today to upgrade my phone. Gabriel was the only one working today due to staff shortages. He handled it like a pro! I was the only one there for a few minutes and then more people started coming in, and he helped me and everybody else, multitasking with grace and total patience. He deserves a big raise!

Megan was amazing 👏, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services. Showed she genuinely cared. Love all the staff there in Banner Elk, Gabe and Briar are also great at what they do .I would definitely recommend. They are always willing to help with anything and everything. Thank you for making a stressful situation a great one.

I have been a customer for a while. And every time I come in they always greet me with a big smile. And they answer all of my questions even if they are dumb questions. Gabriel is definitely one of my favorite associates at the location in Banner Elk. He’s very sweet and patient. Over all the Banner Elk location is my favorite. Treat them with respect, patience, and kindness. And they will definitely give it right back to you.

My experience today deserves a
10 plus rating. Caleb was professional, pleasant, and extremely patient. He went out of his way to successfully answer all of my questions about my new Galaxy s10. He provided outstanding customer service! Each person in the store offered excellent suggestions for accessories but did not pressure me to purchase. This is definitely the best Verizon store I have been to. Based on the service I received today I will certainly return for future products.

All of the Staff is great but Gabriel is a Saint. He is knowledgeable, patient and professional. He gives you the information and let's you make your choice.

Gabriel is literally the nicest and most helpful human I have ever dealt with. He asked questions, was proactive, and extremely helpful. He even put my phone case and screen protector on for me. I am so happy! Thank you Gabriel.

Amber is the sweetest, nicest person I have ever dealt with in ANY customer service position! She was patient, kind, understanding and helped us with anything we asked or needed! We loved her!!!

Amber was absolutely amazing. I wanted to cancel lines and was on hold multiple times for customer service but couldn't get through. I stopped by several stores and was told they couldn't help me. However, Amber was quick to find a way to assist me and Jordy was quick to help. The attitude of "how can we" rather than no is so refreshing. Go here. You'll get helped quickly and efficiently.

We have been a Verizon customer for many years and had dealings with at least 6 plus different stores. Our experience with Russell Cellular has been the best by far , taking car of all our needs in a very professional manner. Megan Boatman the sales consultant was exceptional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I received prompt and courteous service from Mr. Stamey. He had helped my daughter and I get new phones less than two weeks ago. I had dropped my new phone and cracked the glass protective cover. He checked to make sure the screen itself was unharmed and replaced the cracked one with a new one in just a few minutes. He is always friendly and helpful.

After a few days of frustration for my wife after dropping her phone, and visiting several sites and stores, Gabriel at Russell Verizon in Banner Elk, was able to give her outstanding service. Gabriel walked her through the process, found the phone she wanted, attended to every detail of the transfer and set up. Gabriel gave outstanding customer service.

The people at Russell Cellular are very friendly and competent. They take the time to pay attention to all of the minor details. Gabe was a great help and I highly recommend him and his team. Thanks!

Briar was super helpful at the Verizon store! I’m super excited about my new phone. She was very patient while getting me all set up and showing me what I needed to know.

Briar did an excellent job switching my family from Carolina West Wireless to Verizon. She got us into four new phones, transferred everything from our old phones and made sure everything worked properly before I left the store. I definitely recommend Briar and Verizon for all your cell phone needs.

Gabriel was manning the store himself that day and was juggling 2 customers at once and quickly and efficiently handled them and another customer in line in front of me in a timely fashion and then was able to hook me up with a new phone and I was out the door before I knew it.

The wife and I went in to upgrade phones and change her over to my plan from AT&T. Not only did they make this process SUPER easy, but Amber and her team were friendly and very knowledgeable. She ended up saving us almost $1000 we would have never even know about with out her!

Gabriel at Russell Wireless was extremely helpful in resolving the issues I was experiencing with getting reception in the mountains. 10 minutes of his time saved me hours of frustration. Instead of trying to sell me a product, he listened to me, and provided me with solutions. Would recommend them to anyone with Verizon in the high country.

Visited this store to replace my iPhone on an emergency need and the staff couldn’t have been more professional and friendly. They had the latest iPhone in stock that I wanted and worked with me to find a suitable plan for my immediate needs. Great service overall!
