Celina was great! I unfortunately had to get a new phone since mine was so old but she was patient and fun so ask for her if she’s available! Everyone is nice though, you’re in good hands either way

Amber was phenomenal working with us today when switching my fiancé over from AT&T to T-Mobile. She was able to save us money and was extremely easy to work with. Go in and Ask for Amber at the T-Mobile on Gate City Blvd. We were able to walk in and be helped straight away.

I have used T-Mobile for many years and have never had any problems. T-Mobile staffing are experts and are friendly and courteous. I highly recommend their service.

I went this morning trying to ask questions about Sprint merging with T Mobile. I think i expected to be sold something as soon as i walked into the door. I was truly wrong. The sales associate Patrick Perdue was waiting by the door as soon as i stepped foot into the establishment. I was greeted with a very warm and welcoming attitude. I told him i had questions and normally associates hear that and lose interest in the customer from that point forward but not Patrick. He was very eager to help in any way he could. Not once did he seem annoyed with me that i had so many inquiries. We even talked about our football teams while he answered my questions. I had such a positive experience with this gentlemen and didnt get pressured into buying a single thing. He was very honest with his answers and answered each one of my questions to the fullest. I highly recommend him for your sprint or t mobile needs, or even someone to talk sports with if you have the chance to go to this location. I will be back and im not even a sprint or t mobile customer!!!

Very pleased with my experience with this Sprint store. It is understandably busy, but the reps such as Josh I worked with myself, make every customer feel important. Great customer service and attention to your concerns. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you.

My wife's phone was not charging and swollen. I made an appointment and brought it in for the techs to look it over. It was busy there but I was immediately greeted and checked in on arrival. The wait was short and issue diagnosed very quickly. After some time to allow for the repair, the phone was fixed, minimal cost spent (no insurance) and wife was back on her phone instantly. Very pleased with the staff's courtesy, professionalism and service. Will go back again if ever we have further issues with our phones.

Extremely professional store all employees look for customers and everyone and the amber lady(slim black girl) will have you coming back there just to deal with her she is a whole vibe had a good time and wait times were very short compared to other surrounding stores great job store

I went in for a repair appointment. (My screen was cracked) I was greeted at the door by Celina...she was so helpful and friendly. She is so knowledgeable and helped me back up allllll of my pictures. Great job Celina...you are an asset to this company.

I was 30 minutes away from starting a new year with no service as I arrived at this location 30 minutes before closure.
5 ⭐ Jennifer was patient, didn't worry about time. I showed i was willing to leave as it was new year eve and did not want to keep them working after time.

Staff was very helpful. Told us the approximate wait time when we walked in. Store is/was very busy but they have several associates available to help. They were able to fix the issue quickly and at no cost. After the repair asked if we needed anything else. Great service.

I had to take in my broken phone to this store. Fortunately I got Nicholas Adrian to work it. He is skilled and friendly and very helpful. His extensive knowledge of the system zipped him through my problem, and his cheerful personality made the visit comfortable.
If you have a problem with your phone Nicholas is the man for the job.

The merger between Sprint and T-Mobile seems to be moving along. The person helping me at Holden Rd was exceptional. Then I went to Wendover and I had exceptional service there also.

Always go here when I need help very friendly very clean..

These guys are great! Didn't have an appointment Jesse was able to fix my cracked screen in exact time frame they said it would be done. Will definitely be back!

As usual I Love Sprint. Been a customer for over 20 years. Can't imagine using any other long distance service. The people at the store were wonderful as always.

Jonas wasn't there at first. So Kaynan helped my friend and I. Once Jonas got there they both helped us and were both amazing! Love the customer service at this store!

Came here to get service for my phone under warranty. Sprint gave me an appointment time that was promptly honored, and my phone issue was handled by polite and pleasant techs.
