First time visiting this location.

The woman who I believe to have been the manager was so unbelievably positive and pleasant it was absolutely contagious! Sally should really give her a shout out! She even helped me find something in the store. Very very impressed and will be back!! Thank you.

The manager at the Dunn location is the most professional, knowledgeable, nice , patient , & has a professional appearance, always the same every time, that they've had in a very very long time , I will even thank God for that , he is good and he is moving in our city and we will be the city of God !!🙌🙌😊

Every time I ask for help, they "seem" so helpful until I use the products they suggest. Go in knowing ahead of time what you need for your hair because they have no idea what to suggest. Went in for prism lites azure they were sold out, they suggested zotos bleach, now instead of having bleach blonde hair like I would have had with Prism Lites azure I now am stuck with a gross red orange that clashes with my skintone.

If you go into a Sallys they tell you that you must purchase a bag or carry your supplies without a bag. They claim this is for environmental reasons. However, if you buy a certain amount online and have it shipped, they send that shipment in corrugated boxes, and MANY CORRUGATED boxes. It’s just a gimmick to charge you more money. They also told me that they no longer have sales papers. What a joke! I’ll be purchasing my supplies at salon Centric or Cosmoprof from here on out!
