DJ and Tom have been amazing with helping me get my car issue situated.When I initially had my issue DJ was very friendly and calming during a high stress time. He was very upfront and requested more time so Tom could take a look at it. Within an hour Tom had all of the info I needed and was so friendly and accommodating with helping my husband and I get it taken care of. This was my first time at the shop and it will definitely be my go to and top recommendation in the future. Thank you again!!

Best Shop in Frederick! They’ve serviced our older 03 Corolla multiple times. Trustworthy staff and mechanics! DJ is wonderful! If you need an honest shop whom are knowledgeable, responsive, and who doesn’t try to deceive to make $$ then you need to come here! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Frederick Auto Repair has time and time again proven that they are a wonderful, trustworthy, and all around fantastic shop! They have provided service on our Jeep Cherokee for 3 years we have owned it and are always professional, reasonable, and prompt with their repairs. Tom always takes time to answer my many questions, explain concerns to me, and works with me to find the best and most affordable options for caring for my vehicle. I can't express how much we appreciate all the employees here and how we will always trust them with our car needs!

Best shop I've ever been to! Customer service is well above any other place in Frederick. Tom and DJ are 2 of the nicest and most honest people you'll meet. I've had my car in here 3 times in the last 2 years and cannot say enough great things. Service is quick efficient and the guys there are personable, knowledgeable and friendly. You wont find a better shop in the Frederick area!

I want to personally thank Thomas Seales for all the great work he is doing. He is always understanding and accommodating not only to me but all the other customers I observe while I’m there. It’s a unique experience for me that I have absolute trust and confidence in an auto mechanic. If not for the obvious reasons; I’d almost say I enjoy taking my vehicle for service at this establishment.

I went here bc my brakes were grinding and i thought i needed them replaced, but they told me that they were fine. they also found a nail in my tire and didn't charge me anything for diagnosis or fixing the tire. they were also rlly nice to me! do not be afraid to come here without ur dad lol

Tom and DJ work really hard to get us in and out. We are a relatively needy company with a lot of trucks to move. I don't think they have ever let us down. And always with a smile on their face. It's hard to beat the service or the people. Highly recommended!

At the gas station and my car wouldn't start. Walked over to the Frederick Auto Repair and the guys there looked at my car immediately and without hesitation. They determined that the gas lines were flooded and fix right away. Without them I would have been stuck at the gas station without any way to get home. Thank you so much! Great guys! I dropped off the car to get new brakes. Thomas was a cool guy. He said my breaks were fine and just needed fluid...NO CHARGE!... He could have replaced them for the business and i would have never known. Great service

After a week from hell already. I can’t thank DJ and the staff at this repair facility enough. Husband and I were about 40 minutes away from home when he noticed smoke coming out from my hood. Come to find out my coolant hose was scratched, spewing coolant. We tried to tape and do what we had to.

So for finding a mechanic that is open on a Saturday and being able to get the vehicle in and fixed within an hour or two and got us on our way. I could not ask for more friendly, caring and professional people.

I will be back on the future to work with these folks.

This is the best experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. The staff was extremely kind and patient. They were extremely friendly and quick to respond! Tom, the manager, was attentive and gave me frequent updates on the status of my car. He even sent me pictures of findings, as well as calling me on FaceTime to show me what he was looking at and what he meant.

I had gone in with an oil leak coming from my oil pan but they found a couple of more serious problems. They did not do any work, unless I very clearly gave them permission to do so. They were very honest with me and with their findings.

I never felt in the dark with them, they know what they are doing and my car has been running smoothly with no problems. Anytime I have an issue with mine, or my wife's car, it will taken here.

I was traveling cross country with 3 kids & a dog, when the alternator started to go in my car. Stopped at a hotel & found these guys online. They got me in first thing the next morning. They were kind, compassionate & did not over-charge me. Gave me a coupon for a free car wash & my gas tank was full when I left. Customer service above and beyond.

Needed serpentine belt replaced. Saw this place had good reviews so I gave them a shot. I’m usually very weary of auto shops (I have a few horror stories) but Frederick auto repair took all those worries away. Spoke with Lauren on the phone and she was very nice, got to the shop and was immediately greeted by her and Tom. I can’t remember the mans name who worked on my car but he was great too! They didn’t have the part in stock so it was ordered and delivered quickly. Had me in and out within an hour and made the process quick and painless. Will be recommending to others. Thank you all so much!

Great experience here. I got a good vibe when I took my car in for an estimate. Didn't feel like I was being overcharged or that they were recommending things I didn't really need. Work was done on time and at the agreed upon price. The 2 Thomas's were so friendly and answered all my questions. I live about 20 miles away and there is a mechanic 8 minutes from my house but Fredericktowne Auto has gained a new customer and is well worth the drive.

Not every super hero wears a cape lol. Tom has been awesome since the first time speaking with him on the phone up until getting my transmission repaired. He gave me peace of mind throughout the whole process, worked hard going back and fourth with the warranty company and ultimately got everything taken care of to benefit me as a customer. I fully recommend Tom and the crew if you need any work done on your vehicle. Will be returning soon with my other vehicle to have serviced with them. You have found a customer for life.
