Very professional & efficient! A large tree branch knocked out our rear window. The installer came to my house, cleaned up the broken glass debris & installed the new window! It looks great!! I couldn't be happier :)

We could not be happier with our experience with Glass Doctor. The entire experience from setting the appointment to get a quote to the install was easy, communication was fantastic, and always on time. They were able to match our existing windows exactly keeping us from having to spend tens of thousands of dollars on new windows. I would absolutely use them again and have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Joe Collins & Guydon Noble , were the Calvary in correcting errors which had occurred by the initial technician , Joe & Guydon were given the task to correct the issues and yes they delivered . Joe & Guydon are exemplary in their efforts and their compassion and the added patience is a comforting gift., Joe you are amazing and humble, Guydon your presence and patience is significant and oh my their spirits , the smiles and gentle words of encouragement ❤👏🏽were like embraces of light , genuine 👏🏽💪🏽❤ Mr. Houston , an extreme professional and people person . Mr. Houston houses great competence and compassion for the role in which he has been given charge over. Jeff and Eli enclosed my open European shower. They did a great job, were very friendly, professional, and cleaned up nicely upon completion of the install. It’s hard to tell anyone was even here.

Called this company today about our bathroom window that the lawn guy shattered on accident with a rock and weed eater. Jesse B was incredible to work with. Having never had to remedy a situation such as this, he was communicative, thorough, and got us on the schedule same day for a fee. He answered all of my questions and helped me feel better about the situation at hand, making sure that I knew how to assess the situation from the inside of the home to ensure that my interior window was still intact despite the outside pane shattering. Cannot RAVE enough about his patience and customer service skills. I will update this review as we continue the repair process, but so far so good!

I had an emergency home window replacement situation that went seamless with Glass Doctor. I had a positive experience with Jacob who contacted me promptly after submitting my estimate request and was able to have a tech arrive same day. Excellent company that stands by their work. Tim arrived as scheduled and I was contacted prior to arrival, even received a link to track his truck. Tim was very professional and repaired both windows very quickly. I would certainly recommend this company to friends and family!!

Due to a break in to my car I needed a fast repair to a side window. I was able to get an appointment within a day of the occurance with a 2 hour window for my appointment. Joe Collins showed up at 10am - right on time and was very professional. He told me what he was going to do how long it would take and got the job done. He cleaned up all the broken glass, got the window installed and even got all the goo off the car from the tape where I patched up the open space.

Carlos Lopez and Jeff Joseph came out to replace my shower glass and frame and did amazing work. They were were fast, efficient, professional and it looks awesome. Would use these guys again

We highly recommend using the Glass doctor! Steve O was so professional and super quick! We got hit pretty bad with hail knocked out 2 windows and a bunch of our screens and they came and got us all taken care of in a super reasonable amount of time! Give Steve and the Glass doctor a call if you need any window repairs! You won’t regret it!!!

Outstanding professional work preformed by both Josh and James, as well as Reggie our estimator! These guys were on time everytime and got the work completed as promised. I very nice breath of fresh air these days! My job was a little different as it was on our 50' Houseboat...nicely done Gents.

Glass Doctor was very efficient and professional. They showed up for appointments on time and worked constantly. We replaced an entire house of windows so it was quite a job. Ivan, Jesus, Humberto and Jamie worked on our job. It was completed in a day with everything clean and neat. I would use them again and recommend them to do any window job.

Their customer service team had a great system to get our broken glass replaced. Despite the older sliding glass door and issues that come with older frames - they made it look great. They even got the glass in early and did the install sooner than we expected. Nice folks to work with.

WOW!!!!!!! Does not even come close to the total service I received from the Glass Doctor. Reggie Herron and Brandon Dunsworth were professional, timely and extremely knowledgeable. Our experience was 10 out of 10, and the finished product was absolutely amazing. If you happen to need a window replaced , call Glass Doctor first, you won’t be disappointed, they are the best!!!!!!

They called prior to my day and had a earlier day to get me in. They got here early so i could get to work in the afternoon. Joe was very good at what he does. then cleaned the windshield and vacuumed the dash and front of truck when done. Joe was very professional at what he does.

Glass Dr came out on a rainy day and did an excellent job at replacing my windshield. They took their time and answered my questions. Joe is a polite rep and was thorough. I am pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them.

Noe was fantastic! He explained the process, and was very fast at replacing all 4 panes of window glass. He was extremely professional and I would recommend him to anyone!
