Wonderful bakery! The place was packed when we were there, so I doubt this review is even needed. Cupcakes were moist and the buttercream was smooth. Cute Halloween treats! Would love to see what they put out for Christmastime. Guess I’ll have to come back!

The Hive created a beautiful strawberry cheesecake for my husband’s birthday! The custom ordering process was seamless and easy. The pictures are from after 45 minutes in the car. This was a beautiful and delicious cheesecake! 10/10 would absolutely order from here again!

I've had multiple custom orders from The Hive Bakeshop. The macaron cookies were beyond my expectations! I would recommend them to anyone for a sweet treat, pick-me-up, or special occasion.

Love this shop! Ordered a large amount of custom sugar cookies for my baby shower. The cookies were decorated SO adorably! The order process was a breeze and the shop was super attentive and communicative. Everyone kept saying how cute and delicious the cookies were at the shower! Will definitely be using Hive for all my baking needs!!

What a gem of a bakeshop!! We ordered a custom lemon cake for a bridal shower. It was equally beautiful and delicious. We also also couldn't help but grab a few more desserts when picking it up. Everything was a breeze, from placing the order, getting exactly what we wanted, and of course the cake itself was divine. Thank you so much!!

My fiancé and I found this place purely by luck and ironically on the way to visit our wedding venue! Not only are the baked sweet and savory foods amazing but the entire staff/family are truly wonderful. Nothing novice about these bakers here. When we went for our cupcake tasting, pre-pandemic, it was a lovely set up and the flavors were outstanding. We had so much left over that I was able to bring it home for my family to try and everyone else loved them too! Truly a family business and in the day and age of mass production this bakery is a unique gem.

Since day one this has been more than a bakery for me and my husband. I feel like we are family everytime we walk in the door. We are always excited to see what creations await us. Whether savory or sweet there is always something perfect for each of us.

I highly recommend taking a little side trip to visit this gem. You will not be disappointed!

I took my son there today and grabbed a few sweets. the cupcake my son chose looked good and tasted good. I got a vegan choc chip cookie it was not bad. when I inquired about the regular choc chip cookie I was told just because it's vegan doesn't mean it's bad. I was not inquiring because I'm anti vegan. I was inquiring because when trying things like a vegan cookie I'd like to try a traditional version side by side for comparison. With that being said everything was delicious and 1 of my only complaints is not being able to try a traditional choc chip cookie beside the vegan version. they were a little bit pricey as well but worth it for an occasional treat.

The Hive Bakeshop has delicious treats for the whole family including those who prefer savory to sweet! We ordered chocolate peanut butter cupcakes for Mother's Day that were delicious. Their pepperoni rolls are AHH-MAZING and I could eat their bacon cheddar scones for breakfast everyday! We are so glad to have them as part of our community. In addition to their baking talents they are good neighbors who give back to the community.

I visited the Hive Bakeshop and loved my experience. They were so helpful explaining all the items in the shop on my first visit. I especially enjoyed the scones and pound cake. I really enjoyed how they have samples for some of their more exotic flavors which made me want to buy even more. Not sure about the comment about being too expensive - I thought everything was reasonably priced.

The Hive is great!! Always a variety of delicious baked goods available - from macarons to cupcakes, cobblers to scones - this adorable shop and the wonderful girls who run it are an asset to our town and surrounding areas. Can't wait to see (and taste!) what tasty goodies they cook up this week!

Delicious local baked treats and a super friendly staff. Highly recommend the maple oat scone - it will knock your socks off.

I've been getting baked goods with my family from the Hive for about a year now! When camping in Brunswick, we stumbled across a cute little bakery and it's been our favorite ever since. Everything here is delicious and it is a must go to place if you're ever in the area!

Love, love the HIVE. The goodies such as macarons and anything that have strawberry are my favorites. Can’t go wrong with any of the tasty and not overly sweet treats. We love this bakery! The macaroons are out of this world and always rotating delicious flavors with beautiful colors/decorations. The chocolate walnut chubbies are the bomb - they taste like the edge piece of a chewy brownie. And their packaging is super cute and makes it easy to gift a treat!
