River Park Apartments

i moved into my apartment 4 months ago .. best choice i’ve made . stephanie in the front office was very nice, helpful and professional.. they helped me with any questions i’ve had along the way .. My air failed and the maintenance guys where there in less than 24 hours very nice and fixed it right away .. very nice quiet place to live .. pool area is neat and water always clean , gym the same way .. they keep the grounds clean ..close to the interstate and all places you’d need to shop .. i really can’t say enough about river park …i love living here !!!!

Stephanie helped us out and we couldn’t be happier!!

She worked with us on finding the apartment we were looking for regarding size and 3rd floor placement. We got exactly what we wanted and all the information we needed!! No surprises or anything of the such! rent is exactly what she said it would be and we’re so grateful for all of her help!!

Only positive things to say from me and my fiancée!

River park Apartment complex is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED The staff is very professional and friendly especially the office manager Ms.Stephanie she very helpful & communicates very well Through the Rental process also THEIR APARTMENTS ARE BEAUTIFUL !!!

I came into contact with Riverpark over the summer to find somewhere to live in the following months. They were able to get my information and work with me as needed. Stephanie at the front made it so easy to work with as well. She was very professional and good at keeping communication. Upon moving in my apartment everything was nice, clean, and easy to find. Again Stephanie helped and showed me where everything was. So far I am enjoying my first week in my new apartment. Would recommend for anyone trying to relocate to the Pike County area.

I just started a new job here in Mississippi. I called and spoke with Stephanie, she helped me tremendously through this process. I finally moved in yesterday and my apartment is really clean. The carpet and cabinets looked new. I would recommend this complex to anyone. Especially if you’re new to the area. It’s close to everything. Oh and don’t let me leave out that Management had my apartment smelling amazing 🙌🏾.

I moved to River Park almost a month ago. I love it here!! Very quiet and peaceful. Have had 2 minor maintenance issues which were completed within 8 hours (or less) of the request. Thank you Stephanie & Kelly.

Kelli and Stephanie are amazing. They were there every step of the way to answer questions. They did so with courtesy and kindness. After living here a few weeks, I'm still satisfied with my choice. The pool is 3'6" which is perfect for my kids, the grounds are well maintained.

So far, so good! Recently relocated due to work. The apartment was very clean upon move in. The area is nice & the grounds appear to be clean as well. Staff in the office were helpful & nice during the application process as well as move in. I would recommend for someone moving to the area.

Recently moved in with no hassle. Staff are great, helpful and friendly. Quiet place to live with so many amenities. Downside, if you have Tmobile, service here is not great. Make sure you have Verizon or AT&T.

I’ve lived here for several months. It’s very quiet, everyone is very nice and respectful, and the apartments are gorgeous !! I’ve never had a problem with maintenance or any communication. I love living at River Park !!

I recently toured this apartment complex because I plan to move here for work. The apartment rooms are super nice and the staff were very helpful. The area seemed very peaceful and quiet also.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment complex. I’m a student and needed a quiet apartment with good neighbors. The staff are very friendly and work hard to meet your needs. What urged me to write this review is my experience with Debbie and Paige about a year after I moved away from McComb for school. I accidentally ordered a package to my old address at the apartment and when I contacted Debbie and Paige they were incredibly helpful and kindly returned the package for me. I am so grateful for them and this shows how truly good of a people they are. They are both very caring individuals who have your best interest in mind. I saw some bad reviews on here and some have no credibility and don’t mention what they didn’t like about the complex or the staff. Check out the complex for yourself and meet Debbie and Paige :)

River Park is a beautiful apartment community!!
The location is ideal and the grounds are beautifully maintained.
They have a gorgeous pool and a modern fitness center.
The management team is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend River Park to anyone!

Went to tour property and was greeted by the most courteous staff! The answered any questions I had, and gave me a plethora of information on the property. Great amenities and great environment!

I loved all the events that Ms. Debbie would put on. They always have goodies in the clubhouse for the residents such as long cake from different bakeries. I love that they're pet friendly and very nice and clean :)

Very nice place to live, Kelli K is very sweet an nice! I love her attitude, very understanding, sweet young lady! I hope she stays around for a while! Awesome!
