The nicest people I've ever worked with on my Jeep. New Cat was far less expensive than the dealership and they have tons of integrity - they didn't need 2 sensors they ordered and I never would have known if they'd replaced them or not and they took them right off my bill. Super-kind, super-skilled, and worth the 50 mile drive.

It’s a struggle to find a decent mechanics. One that doesn’t feel like they are trying to rip you off. This place is full of honest and caring people. I never once felt I was being talked into doing more work then Needed. They gave me realistic and fairly priced work that needed done. I recommend this shop to everyone in Frederick looking for a good mechanic. They will be my mechanic of choice for life now. I was sold when my brake light went out and a man ran out to replace it. I asked him how much I owed him? He said don’t worry about it you’re good to go no charge. This is a mechanic with integrity and I appreciate that a lot.

Great local small shop for quick repairs. They don't do major work like if your car needed 4 days to rebuild the motor because of the lack of space. The work they do is great quality and very fairly priced. I will keep going back for basic car maintenance and quick part replacement needs.

My car failed the MD inspection in an auto service and the estimation for the repairs was about $1000. vere nice small local owned shop. They did a wonderfully job replacing my ehxaust manifolds on my 2013 ram 1500. They also fixed all my ehxaust leaks and installed a new muffler. They didn't use clamps it was welded all the way around with very nice clean welds. The owner is super nice and very helpful and doesn't try and over sell you on stuff you don't need. Highly recommend for your ehxaust work.

These guys are amazing! Fixed my truck in 45 minutes while I waited for $75! I have waited longer just to talk to a “salesman” at other places. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys to fix your vehicle! No bs no you should buy this just you “need” to fix this.

I went to FreeState Automotive to have my exhaust pipes fixed. Chad the owner came and checked under my vehicle.
He suggested to completely remove all the bad old pipes. So I agreed after hearing his professional opinion. I am so Glad and grateful. My car is back better than before. I am a believer and trust FreeState completely. Lee

They did a great job installing exhaust tips on my Cadillac today. Very reasonably priced.

Super fast getting custom exhaust done and very reasonable cost

I was having a bad experience with my previous car and was in need for a reasonable auto shop. I came across Gary at freestate auto , told him my issue and he checked it out. Instead of taking my money he was completely honest and let me know the vehicle I am trying to fix is truly not worth the money and the hassle of keeping the car up (it was that bad) but he'd do whatever I needed him to do. I honestly took what he said into consideration turns out he was right. I respect the fact that he was honest and told me the real deal instead of just taking my money knowing it was a waste! I have gotten another car since then, which is way more reliable and is on the road for the long haul. All thanks to Freestate auto ! Gary and his workers are my mechanics and will be as long as they are around. I highly recommend this business, I have sent alot of my friends their way and all have been satisfied and consider Gary their mechanic. THANKS DUDE !!!!
