I can hear on a day they were closed. Bathroom was open and clean. I was able to fill my water bottle before taking a stroll on the boardwalk. Lots of trails closed because of storm damage. I was still able to see a mama gator with her baby.

The park rangers here are really nice! They were able to recommend some activities for us and it was great! They were knowledgeable about the area and told us exactly what to look out for. If you're not sure about what to do, go in and ask one of the rangers. They also told us where we could see the alligator. Some of the trails were closed when we arrives due to damage from the recent hurricanes, but the trail that we walked on was easy and we could see an alligator right next to the walking trail.

Super exciting! This was the absolute best thing we did on our trip to New Orleans! We saw three alligators but could hear them everywhere. Highly recommend!

It was our first time seeing a swamp and it was really beautiful out there. We spotted a couple gaters and seen some snakes and frogs to. We had a lot of fun.

Captain Chad was an amazing guide! He really knew the ins and outs of the swamp and more importantly he knew the gators inside and out! He knew where all of the gators would be and knew them all specifically by name. I would totally recommend this tour and this captain to anyone!
