My technician was Justin. Great personality, very knowledgeable, and gave great customer service! He fixed my 'loud' toilet quickly and I couldn't be more pleased! I felt so confident in his ability, that I informed him of other plumbing issues that we were experiencing. Without being pushy, he offered to provide me with an estimate for the problem that I could use later, but I elected to have the work done on the spot. Two great experiences in one! I would call them again if I ever have a need and will certainly spread the good word.

Putnam plumbing to the rescue - I needed a new plumber and read many good reviews on a local FaceBook page so I gave them a call. Professional scheduling with a very friendly customer service coordinator and timely arrival on the date scheduled. . Ethan went over the true cost of the job once he knew how much work was to be done and even conducted a free 5 point inspection on other plumbing areas before leaving. Ethan was also super friendly and was able to fix the problem within the time he told me it would take.

Great service! We had Charlie service our tankless water heater and what a great job he did. Explained what he was going to do and followed through with everything. Very professional, polite. neat and knowledgeable about his job. Great guy to talk to. I will always ask for Charlie in the future when I need another type of service.

Five stars for Justin and Putman Plumbing! The technician Justin from Putman Plumbing was excellent! He arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and competent. He diagnosed the problem with our toilet quickly, replaced the parts, and tested it to ensure that it was working properly. He was done - start to finish - in less than an hour. We will definitely use Putman Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

Caleb came to replace a leaking water valve on short notice at my daughter's house. He arrived promptly and replaced 3 poor quality valves with good quality valves and performed some other plumbing work all in about one hour. We very very impressed with his knowledge and fast work! Charlie and his helper did a great job and were very pleasant to have in my home. He analyzed my water problem correctly; replaced the well-pump giving me good advice on the new pump's position and the status of the electrical wire to the pump. The job was accomplished efficiently and satisfactorily. Also Putman Plumbing was great concerning the time it took to respond to my request for help.

Charlie is always a true professional. He is respectful in answering any of my questions. He always does clean and neat work. The Putman family is my first call when we have plumbing issues. Thank you guys.

Had another plumber install a new well water pressure tank and when completed noted my well pump was bad, needed to be replaced, house had no water, and he would be happy to provide me an estimate. It was working fine before he arrived. I called Putnam and scheduled an appointment the next day. Jay Payne diagnosed the problem, "fixed" the tank install, and restored water to the house in about an hour for a very reasonable fee. He also provided an estimate for a new well pump when I need to replace down the road . . . .

Putman Plumbing was super responsive and quickly scheduled work for a new water heater. Ethan and Ryan removed and replaced a water heater. The service and quality of work was outstanding. Both gentlemen were professional and courteous. Thorough explanations were made during the work. Neat, organized, and cleaned up after the work was complete.
