They were so nice as soon as I walked thru the door explained in detail what was going on what was going to happen etc My daughter was tested with care and concern which was the most important I live 35 to 40 minutes away and was seeing a local dentist in my area I will be making that trip from now own!!!!

Everyone was so patient and kind to my nervous 2 year old . She wasn't thrilled about seeing the dentist but they handled hey temper so well.

I recently received a referral from Field Dentistry and called to make an appointment. When I called, I was told the woman who schedules appointments was busy with the insurance company and that I would receive a call back. Unfortunately, I never received that call.

The next morning, I called again and spoke to a woman named Peggy. I explained that I had been promised a callback but hadn't received one. Peggy confirmed this but then proceeded to tell me that she couldn't schedule all three of my kids at once, which I told her was fine. She then mentioned that they were booked out until August, to which I again said was okay. Despite this, Peggy seemed very reluctant to make our appointments and never apologized for the previous day’s oversight.

The whole experience left me feeling like they didn't want our business. Peggy's attitude and lack of professionalism was disappointing, and it was clear she could benefit from some training in customer service, especially when dealing with new patients.

They drop seeing your kids without​ warning. When calling to set up appointment they tell you they can not see your 8 - 9 and 12 year old because they are to old. Just take them to general dentist. And before this they could not manage to pull a tooth the orthodontist sent order to because when called to make appointment they hadn't gotten letter yet but would call me back that was in Jan. I'm told today although they can not see him any more they'll pull it. Nope think not you do not deserve the chance or the Money.
