Jim and his team installed a new furnace with a new high efficiency hot water heater. They were great, fairly priced, and the new system works beautifully. They gave us advice on some different products and some different procedures to do. All of which we agreed and haven't been disappointed. Highly recommend.

Had a Natural Gas leak confirmed by Washington Gas on a Saturday night. Called multiple places for an urgent fix. Jim was able to come out first thing Sunday morning and resolve the issue. He was very professional and priced fair. I absolutely recommend him and will use his services in the future.

The service has gone down over the years. This was my “go to” company for all of my plumbing needs. I recently hired them to install my diswasher and Jim became irate with me during the initial scheduling. He made me feel as if he was doing me a favor by taking on my job. During installation he seemed as if he didn’t want to be there. Later the bottom panel detached from the dish washer and I had to call him back to repair it. Overall, the aggrevation wasn’t worth it. I plan to use another company next time.
