Hello. I enjoy my apartment it was a beautiful place. I got to say. If I could move back I would. I never had issues with infestation. The management was always a do n do what needed done.kind people. U gonna get frustrated but that's part of life. God is good. To have one of those apt with space on bus line it's good. So I think it's awesome home place.

I have lived here for over one year...my apartment is spacious and I love it.....and as far as it being infested with roaches i have not seen any roaches in my home and management has been nothing but nice and helpful. In life its all in how you approach a situation and that usually determines your outcome. I love them and if i cant find a house with as much space or more well i guess i wont be moving.

Just moved in here a few days ago so far so good management was great very clean and spacious apartment. Very nice private patios so far no complaints what so ever

I've been here for six months and i like it so far i haven't seen any roaches in my apartment but i guess it's how you keep your apartment also as for the staff they are very helpful and polite to me but like someone else said it's also how you go to them it's quiet some noise but nothing major that i can't deal with private patio with a gate that you can lock if you want so i would recommend anyone to check them out because at the end of the day it's all up to you how you get along with others

I give it to the management Ms Daniella, spacious inside out. Patio, parking lot. Everything is just awesome like it's a home, excellent spacious play grounds and field for kids and for kids parties.

Hi angie i been here n its a great place i ask god for.a decent place kind people space n he allowed to be here mangement is. Good yes n i like them stuff always get fix they allow u to live without harrasment there cool meighbors n leople i met mind there own

Loved it place to call home

So I reviewed when I first moved in and I inherited a horrible roach problem i couldnt fathom but i perciviered and 6 month and about 250.00 in roach spray bombs home defense and prayer the roaches are at a minimum and I love my zen den (patio ).....management is great and I have had only 2 maintenance issues ND they were handled immediately..neighbors A+ Walls could used insulation frfr but nice place.

The housing is great, parking isnt a real issue. Whenever the pool is actually clean(rare occasion) its nice... my only real problem is one of the Office Managers has a real issue with power. She seems to think having personal prejudices allows her to treat people however she wants because of her position. If you live in the same place as your tenents youd be wise to treat them with respect.

Do not move into these apartment you will have to deal with rude management, also pipes bursting, roach infestation , flies, mold,and management will do little to nothing to help with any maintenance. Furthermore, they say that they have a strict dog policy but it is really just prejudice on the person or family who have the dog! If you are looking for a new home look ELSE WHERE!!

I advise you to not move here. The management is horrible now they walk into your apartments with no permission. Happened while my kids our home and im at work and that’s not okay. They harass you and they are infested deeply. When we first arrived here it was already roaches. We had an exterminator 3 times!! Also termites. They are still here. Horrible neighbors and they are definitely unfair with rent prices depending on who you are. Walls are paper thin.. they don’t even have lights installed in the bedrooms. The mangers is two ladies one black and the other Hispanic and they ruined our chances of moving.. lying to the people who were going to sell to us.. and they evicted us after that fact. I wish I had anything good to say but staying here was by far my worst experience.

DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. They are a scam, evicted me twice couldn’t prove I owed them a balance and I won both times. The only thing they won was possession of their unit. I had to move out after 5.5 years with them knowing my kids are in school. Couldn’t get another apartment right away because they lied and told other apartments I owed them $ 5,000 hahahahha baby please get out of here. VERONICA is so ghetto and unprofessional and she’s the managers flunky. It’s roach infested, and they have nats and maggots around the same time each year. I don’t know how these people sleep at night knowing they stay right on the same property with the tenants smh. Save yourself a headache and keep on moving.

As I was just informed, we can park anywhere per the "COURTESY OFFICER." He's a joke and probably still contracted to do NOTHING. I'm a single mom and student who comes home late. The lighting isn't great out here, but a visitor is always parked in the residents' parking spots. They have the number to Harris Country Towing, knowing they are the ones who needed to call. That was insulting, but I can be too. My folks better not have their cars towed after tonight. The neighbors are hella rude, and after you asked them to move, they damn near hit my car and dude banging on my door (got video). It's not the place to live at all. Magots, rats, and roaches. These walls are paper thin, and you can hear your neighbor literally sleeping, etc.

I won't even say that it is the apartments, aside from the paper-thin walls, they're okay. On the other hand, Management Sucks!! I think they are the worst possible individuals that I've ever met...I know that I've had some issues, but I always pay whatever is owed, and now that my daughter is gone...it's a bit harder, but I'm trying to stay afloat...but to make a long story short, if you don't care to hear your neighbors, or they hear you through the walls...this isn't the place to be, and if you're looking for just a bit of sympathy, well you won't get it from management. My suggestion is to keep driving pass...how I ever wanted to live here, I don't know, it's been an experience from Hell!!

It's a decent price...but again you get what you pay for. It's usually impossible for me to find parking when I get home from school or work, and the office staff has told me they would start towing as they took down our license plate when we moved in. However, there are always random new cars parked in front my of apartment and i'm usually having to walk from 2-3 apartment buildings down. The apartment was given to us, and this is the first time my roommates and I rent so we figured out that the dishwasher doesn't close completely, and neither does the fridge.

Office personnel don’t understand rules of driving! Came to see an apartment and they wanted me to drive across the street but hold my license! Terrible attitude from Veronica when I told her if I had to drive I need my license. She got attitude and told me to leave them.tells me how bad office personnel is here.
