Everyone at Patti Young State Farm has been wonderful every time I have contacted them or needed help. I have life, auto, and homeowners insurance with them. They've always taken good care of me.

After living in Atlanta for the past 12 years, my wife and I moved to Ellijay two years ago. We met Patti in the area and moved our vehicle, home and umbrella policies to her agency in Jasper. We knew that the local service would be better for us, if we ever needed policy assistance. What we didn’t expect is that Patti would make us feel like “one of the family”. She was always very attentive and always knew the particulars of our coverage. Earlier this year, we were excited when Patti had the opportunity to open her own State Farm agency. We transferred our coverage to her new agency, knowing we would continue to receive personalized service and competitive pricing. Very happy. What more could we ask for!

I was a Farm Bureau customer for over 20 years and I knew Patti when she was with State Farm in Jasper . I eventually switched to State Farm saving me little over $100 a month. Unfortunately Patti had moved to Cleveland so I did not get the pleasure to her being my agent but any questions I ever did have about insurance she never hesitated to answer any questions or phone calls.
