Rachel helped me throughout this entire process. We are moving and I had so much extra ‘junk’. I didn’t know what to do and I don’t trust any storage unit based on past experiences. My experience with StorageKing has been nothing short of delightful. The staff are warm, friendly people who reach out to help me with my needs, and there has never been an unpleasant surprise. I actually enjoy visiting the facility where I always stop by the office to chat briefly with the manager on site. Always pleasant and genuine!

Reserved a unit online for same day move in, drove to the location about an hour later and was immediately helped with getting a unit rented. The staff was very friendly and helpful with choosing the correct size and type of unit for my belongings and showed the units to me prior to completing rental paperwork. I researched storage units for a few weeks before finding Storage King and I wish I had found them sooner! Best prices I saw in the Brunswick county area and immediate availability, both of which were hard to find around here. I feel that I am getting a fair price, secure location, and excellent customer service by utilizing Storage King for my belongings.

My wife and I both called at least once, spoke with a pleasant young lady Jenny or Jennifer, (sorry, terrible with names) about an upcoming move. We were getting a little panicky, as we called another place and was told to "just come in and we'll take care of everything ", but could get no guidance on size, configuration, etc, and are not going to drive 1000 miles with all our stuff without having SOME plan. Jennifer asked several questions about not just the amount of stuff we'd have with us, but whether we'd be in and out while waiting on the house, how long we'd need the unit (plus she suggested, since we are downsizing, that once the bulk of our belongings were in the new house, we might keep a smaller unit while deciding further what will stay and what will go-how did she figure out that we have been life-long pack rats, lol) when I mentioned my back issues, she also assure me that all of her units are accessible.

THIS is the king of Southern hospitality that I've been hoping to find, and why we're moving back to Carolina in the first place. Thanks!

I spoke to a nice lady on the phone I believe her name was Rachel she was so delightful and answered all my questions and concerns , she made me feel like my stuff was gonna be in great hands at this facility! So I went with storage king and let me say how happy I was it was so clean compared to other ones that I had checked out that was another one of my concerns being I was leaving my stuff in there I highly recommend this facility! Thank you Rachel and thank you storage king !
