Appliance House

Just wanted to share how pleased we were with the service we received at Appliance House. Our microwave recently quit on us, and we needed to find a new one. We stopped at Appliance House to see what they might have available. Although Home Depot and Lowe's are both accessible to us, they are big box stores and we were preferring to find a local business. Philip greeted us, and then spent the next 30 minutes plus showing us what he had in stock and then allowing us to browse other appliances as well. He gave us a much better price on our new microwave than the big stores could. Damon delivered and installed our new over the range microwave and took the old one away so we don't have to deal with it. Fantastic service, and we look forward to going back for other appliances.

We stopped here looking for an item. They didn't have it but directed us to someone who might, which they did. They are very friendly. Would not hesitate going there for large appliance. They have just about every large appliance. I just felt bad because what we needed , they didn't have because I would have definitely gave them our business.

Michelle, Phillip, Toni, and (I believe our deliverer was John (sorry)) were an AMAZING team. Family oriented. Very straight forward and up front with everything. Answered all questions we had. Price matched for us. Super professional while installing. Was easy on our new floors and watched the walls. Will definitely go through them again for any appliance need!

We were wanting to purchase an upright freezer and I did a little research and found several places that sell freezers, but I wanted to do business with a LOCAL business rather than a big chain type store. I found Appliance House on line, and it had high ratings and such nice comments. We drove over and they had JUST gotten in a good bit of new appliances so we had several to choose from. Prices were very reasonable and the folks who work there were so nice... it was like visiting with old neighborhood friends. I did find a nice freezer in the price range I wanted, got delivery scheduled and a very happy customer. I would definitely recommend Appliance House, and will. THANK YOU!

Appliances from this place are great. Excellent service here. I tried dealing with Sears and Lowe's both, they took my order multiple times charged me and then later I got a notification that they have canceled my order. Lowe's did this to me twice, the second time they did not even notify me until after it was supposed to be delivered. Sears charged my credit card and then notified me a few days later that they did not have my refrigerator in stock and canceled on me. So I came here and saved some money. It was very convenient and they had what I needed.

This was my first time in this establishment, and I am very happy that I found this place. I went in a stranger and left feeling like I made new friends. I definitely will be back to buy more appliances in the future.

I bought a dishwasher from AHL and needed it soon because of guests arriving. They installed it the same day of purchase and went out of their way to make it a good experience. They spent a lot of time with plumbing issues and I can't say enough for their customer service. 5 stars...

Went to get a refrigerator-freezer. Not the first time being there, have gotten a washer and dryer, and my dad got a gas oven there in the past. Good friendly service, care about customers wants and needs.

Have purchased all appliances in my home through Philip and his team, and they do go above and beyond. Really do love this team and will be back and would advise anyone to come here for there next washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc
