Been to countless GI clinics in 14 years and this one was by far the best clinic to date. Very informative and thorough. Staff was super friendly. Looking forward to restoring my GI health for once.

Everything about our experience was positive. Dr. Williams was very calming and thorough in her assessment. My daughter had an upper endoscopy and from the beginning of the process to the end was extremely professional. She and her nurses were A+ and I am extremely grateful for their professionalism.

The only reason I even gave it a 1 star was because I needed to leave a review. At first I thought they were great, but then they wouldn't return calls, or address concerns. I didn't even get a follow-up appointment for my procedure results. It was always the same well normally you would have, or we would have normally, I'm not sure what has happened. Like my primary care physician said as he warned me about their care- if you have to have a colonoscopy at least your not driving to Jackson with the side effects of the medicine. I'm not sure why they even practice folks there is better care available be your own advocate .

Worst GI Associates branch to date! I wouldn’t recommend them for a dog! They are so unprofessional & they just give you the run around. Every time I called my doctor wasn’t available or she was “out of office” for the day mind you called at like 11 am one day. Michelle is the worst practitioner! Seen her once since I’ve been with them (which has been 4 months) & sat in the office for 2 hours for her to do absolutely nothing smh.

Waited a whole month for appointment. By the way, they never called to speak with me or any such thing, just sent a letter in the mail with the appointment time and date. Get there a few minutes late (due to stomach problems) refused to see me and rescheduled for a whole month later. They don't care if you have stomach bleeding or are severally sick from any of it. You just better be on time. So if you have any stomach issues, just use the bathroom on yourself in order to keep from being late. Not like your going to this place because of ABNORMAL stomach issues anyway. Doesn't care about patients the slightest bit

I don't go to the doctor at all. But I was sick. My benefits coordinator told me that my copay was $40 and thats all I should pay at doctor. Once I got.to the window the lady told me $209 but she could take $100. She wasn't rude but the other young lady was trying to explain how she thought it went and the discussion was held with the window open where others could here. I was able to use a few cards and get it pay because of the pain I was in I needed to see the doctor ASAP. I went and sat to be seen and I could hear the lady discussing my situation AGAIN with the window open! No kind of respect for patients privacy or feelings. I see no why people don't go to the doctor your feelings hurt more than the pain when you hear them discuss your issues. This clinic needs to do better with patient privacy. I hope I don't have to go back.

I took my 81 year-old stepmother to this clinic. She has dementia and was confused about how to pay her copay before she was seen by the doctor. Several of the attendants at the window must have thought this was funny or strange because they decided to discuss it in detail where people in the waiting room could hear them. They even mentioned her by name. What ever happened to patient confidentiality? I thought this was rude and unprofessional. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior in a clinic.

Not sure Kieth is a real doctor so I will not use Dr in front of his name until there is proof. I went to this clinic which I'm not sure yet is a real clinic saw this Keith guy now I need ostomy supplies and they claim Kieth can't write a prescription for them. OK I spent money to go see this guy and was referred to him by a real Dr and he can't write a scrip? Really? And this outfit is part of the Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center? Really. I think this clinic or so called clinic is a joke.

Do not go there. I had a worse experience.Front receptionist is very rude and unprofessional.she gave me run around three times for my post colonoscopy appointment.please don’t go there.

Thornton and her side kick in training…..complete trash! They disregard everything that you say. They know EVERYTHING but yet NOTHING AT ALL.
