Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Went into this location today for lunch. This was my first visit and I must tell you it was one of the best experience I've ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Food was fresh and good. Great Job everyone!

This location was great! We ordered the salads and they were so good! They were wonderfully crafted and we love them so much that we went back the very next night. The service was extremely fast through the drive-thru. I mean, literally we were taking our time making the order and she was trying to hard to hear us and make sure we got everything right. By the time we drove around to the window, our food was already packaged up and exactly as we requested with our customizations.

We just had salads, everything on our salads was fresh and delicious. Portions large.

So love their food but there customer service could be better. It also take forever to give people there food.

I just had my wisdom teeth took out, today “06/24” I went in there for something real to eat and ask if I could get my chicken cut up really tiny for me to eat it and they did that. I really appreciated them for doing that for me.

Good Zaxby’s food as always.

I eat there s less 4 to 5 times a week.

Order food from here often. Consistently hot and fresh and very quick. They are generous with sauces as well.

This is the BEST Zaxby's in Covington Georgia. They came through for the cast of Nick Canon's Wild N Out, not once... but TWICE. The team members are friendly, efficient, and reliable. I can trust this location to communicate and get the job done. THANK YOU & s/o to Mary.

Hats off to this Zaxbys! We travel a lot and so far we have had more bad service and cold food than not. I am grateful to FINALLY get hot food and a smile, plus our order was correct. Keep up the good work! Please

Awesome! We ordered from grubhub and I'm mad to say they never delivered our food so we paid and had no food! Grubhub customer care would only give us a coupon for our next order...really? That didn't take care of now! So we decided to call Zaxby's instead and one of the wonderful workers thankfully still gave us our food!

Cobb salad fried was very good. Nice and clean inside the restaurant and the workers was up beat with a smiles on their faces.

Food is always fresh and delicious.

Gave them a 5-star because usually when I come there everything is on point ordered a kid's finger and only thing I received was Fry's went back inside to get my chicken and then young man was very nice but notice there was two young men's working in the back don't think they know about what they're doing

Fast service the food is fresh. I have no complaints only to say the food is very salty. Love the strawberry lime sipper.

Why havent they brought this place over to the west coast? I understand that grown people dont do chicken tenders but this place will change your mind immediately. They have a terrific selection of sauces to indulge your inner kid and buttered toast! Yasssss!
