My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Dave Bowers as our realtor. We were crunched for time to find a house since my husband was starting a new job in the area very soon. And us still living out of state only added to the complexity as we could not visit very often to look at places. Therefore, the few times we could visit had to be packed with the right properties so we could spend our time wisely.

We met Dave Bowers through a mutual friend. Having been through the house buying experience only once before, we had little experience in the process.

We were looking to build or rehab a property. Dave, having years of experience as a builder was able to coach me through all the variables that would go into each potential home we looked at. Because of the sound advice and knowledge he gave us, we were able to find the best solution for our family.

The market is nuts right now and has so much competition, but again, Dave was a solid rock to lean on because he was able to position our offers in such a way that always put us at the top of the list. His wisdom and relationships are a huge asset!!

Every time I had crazy ideas, he was always there to stop me in my tracks and explain risks, pros, cons of each situation. He really was like a “dad” in a lot of ways protecting his own.
