I'm extremely excited about the purchase from badcock my experience is a great one but since a product is on back order I was hoping I could have been offered a replacement in the same category that was not on back order but great experience overall

Jess is wonderful. This store has been our go to place for most of our furniture and accessories. Dealing with a lot of issues due to the supply chain but Jess and her staff worked tirelessly to find what we needed and helped us get it setup just in time for the holidays.

I had a great experience in the Covington, GA location today. Sherelle was very pleasant and assisted me in purchasing a sofa. I didn't even think that I could qualify for financing but I did! Thanks so much for making this the best experience ever.

I went into badcock last week and just got my sofa. which i love. the employees are great and the manager katie truly took care of me. she followed up with me to make sure i had a great experence. i felt like family, the store is now owned by a man maned Jonathan Paris and from what I have seen he is GREAT. I will forever shop at Badcok and let everyone know to shop here. I love in conyers and have been to both stores and have had a great experence at both!!

We have been using this location for YEARS!!!! The staff are always so sweet and helpful. They are wonderful to our little boy who comes in with us. We could not ask for better customer service.
