Becky was very open and "up front" with me about everything. The price of sofa and loveseat i chose were very manageable. She helped me shop on line and pick out a high quality set. This will be the 3rd set I have gotten at Badcock since 2017 and they have not disappointed. We have been happy with service , quality, and price.

Tina was extremely helpful in showing me what I was in search of. She got back with me quickly about the sleeper couch that had to be ordered because it was not in stock.

I recently went in to make a payment and look at chairs after months of avoiding the place due to bad service. However today was a complete turnaround. Friendly and very knowledgeable!!! If you need help with anything Becky was awesome! Excited for my new chair to arrive soon.

Recently bought a sofa and recliner at the Cleveland, Georgia store. Becky was most helpful and friendly. Helped me find what I was looking for. No pressure sale. Delivery was on time. She is an asset to this store.
