Walmart Supercenter

I want to compliment a store employee who assisted me in a marine battery purchase. My son and I were talking about only one battery in stock, we needed 2, store employee Patrick happened to walk by and asked him, he enthusiasticly assisted us first by assessing our needs of what kind of deep cycle battery we needed (he had product knowledge!), he said inventory showed more in back. Patrick gladly went to get us some batteries. I expressed my appreciation to him; I remarked to him in most cases store employees in big box stores have no knowledge and/or try to avoid helping a customer out, he proudly said it is his job to work for the customer, I was taken back with such positive enthusiasm. I would add after he helped us he was actively helping the next customer. You just do not see that these days. If someone reads this at the store he should be recognized for doing an outstanding job.

My coworkers and I decided to order a cake to tease another coworker who’d been on vacation for a while. We found just the thing we were looking for: a middle-of-the-road, consistently 3-star, fully customizable cake from Walmart. I requested pink frosting with black rim, words to say “Thank you for your taxable support,” and pastel sprinkles to be ready by 5pm on Saturday.

The cake was actually done far in advance of 5pm, so that was nice. When I arrived at Walmart, I had to ask three different associates for help on where to pick up the cake, one of which sent me into the hard-hat construction zone (the cake wasn’t there). When I was finally led to the right place, I received the cake, and I opened the box excitedly in anticipation. It was everything I hoped, and more. Pastel sprinkles completely absent, writing misspelled - perfect.

Thank you, Walmart, for a truly Walmart-esque experience. Please, never change.

The family restroom was a wonderful surprise. It had a small toilet and a full sized toilet. It had a changing table with the paper towel liners. It was spacious and clean.

Overall the Walmart met my expectations-- having the few grocery and miscellaneous items U wanted. Having an exceptional family restroom when I needed it made it a great stop.

Walmart Super Stores have all your needs! Recently shopped at the Shawano Walmart as we were camping at North Star! Had fun shopping and found what we needed. Also use the Green Bay and Sturgeon Bay Walmarts!

Love my local walmart. Shout out to Joey! Amazing team member/manager. Always see him working so hard but always has a moment to chat! Excited to see the next plant shipment!

Staff helpful during shopping. We are usually asked if would like help locating products. Staff will go out of their way to assist when needed and are quick to respond at self checkout.

The pharmacist was probably the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. I had to have a prescription transferred from my home state because it was mistakenly sent there. They were friendly, helpful and very quick to fill the prescription. The pharmacist came right over to give a consultation and offer helpful advice. I was very impressed.

Nicely organized store, Tim in produce is doing an excellent job.

Such a wide variety of things we need, and the displays were helpful! Also very clean throughout the building!

Good prices, selections. Slow check, only 1 or 2 check out lane open. I will not use self check out unless you give me a discount for doing my own items. Extra 10% off!! Suggestion.

I hate walmart, the one by me is God awful, they sound probably shut it down, but this walmart in sturgeon bay was fantastic. I felt like I wasn't in a walmart.

Vast space filled with just about everything you could want.

The ONLY reason I am giving a 5 star rating is for Jaden!! He helped me change a flat tire, even though he didn't know me and it was raining outside. Otherwise I would give the store 3 out of 5 stars.

Recently I picked up three prescriptions at the counter, and due to a billing error we were overcharged.
These 3 very good employees took the time to listen to me and correct the error which saved us substantial amount.
I really appreciate their help and it is my wish that they receive acknowledgment from the management staff.

This Walmart is located on Hwy 42 in Door County and seems to be on the way to everywhere. They had everything we needed in stock and there was an employee named Kevin who was a Dept. Mgr. of either Sporting Goods or Hardware that literally took us all over the store and located everything we couldn't find. This is one of the nicer and well organized Walmart Stores I have Shopped.

A line was forming and I knew I would have hip pain because the flooring is so hard and at 73 it's difficult. A new register was immediately opened and I was able to get checked out quickly. I am grateful and appreciative for the immediate response to my need. Thank You ever so much.

This took place at the Sturgeon Bay store. Eric, the on duty manager, was called to customer service, I was of great help getting our non profit club tax exempt information strengthened out. He had great patience & delt with getting the computer questions & verified that my name was in the system. He took time to make sure I wasn't upset at all about the hassles. Thank you.

This is the only Walmart on the peninsula (a geographic anomaly) and it is nice one. Their produce and other food items are all well maintained and the facility is well kept. It is a consistent source of our household needs and practically a daily stop.

Friendly staff, very clean Walmart compared to suburban stores.

Went to Walmart because in my truck my cupholder ac/USB charger burnt out so long story longer you guys didn't have one but 2 people in the electronics section were phenomenal Paul and Dorethea (I hope I spelled her name right) they were very knowledgeable and extra courteous also very pleasant and helpful instead of showing or telling me where the chargers were they actually we're and helped me look and gave insight to where I might find one because of them I'll definitely come back to that location
