This was the first time I went to CarMax. I was very satisfied with my payment for my car. It was what they offered me on line. I prayed about it and God and CarMax came through for me. I want to thank the lady that handle my sell of my car. She was very good and explained everything to me. I would recommend CarMax to anyone. Very satisfied.

We love our truck we purchased from CarMax. Rodney, our salesman, was awesome, professional, and very informative. Most of all he listened to my concerns.

CarMax was a wonderful experience! I saw the car that I liked online and wanted and got it shipped delivery free due to the distance. They have such a huge huge variety of choices it's like being a kid at Disney world. I would definitely buy another car from them again in the near future.

We had a great experience buying and selling a car here. The experience was so much more pleasant than a “traditional” dealership. Additionally, when we had an issue with a stripped oil plug several months after we purchased the car, Carmax agreed to pay for it without any fuss at all. I’ve truly been impressed by their level of service and will buy here again in the future.

OMGOODNESS!!! Carnax gave me the most incredible car buying experience. I sold my 2023 Kia Rio which I had no lien and I was happy to receive their offer of $16,000,00. From having the car shipped to me, they kept me informed the entire process. When it arrived I got a call from Jacob to tell me it arrived and helped me set up my appointment for the test drive. After the test drive and how courteous Jacob was I purchased my new truck that same day.

Everyone was very helpful in finding us the car that we wanted at a fair price. The trade in value on our old car was fair. We are happy with our experience and would not hesitate to recommend CarMax to family and friends.

Great car buying place. No haggling, you either like the sticer price or just walk away. No pushy salesmen, no added fees, except for a 150 duñocument fee. Which is not required by Texas law, but again your choice to pay the fee or walk away.

The staff all around is very polite and made my first car buying experience an easy task. They all worked together as a team to help get me squared away both over the phone and in person. There was a side view mirror cover missing on my vehicle and they promptly set me up to have it fixed at no extra cost to me. This car buying experience was very seamless and easy to navigate. I am thankful for all those who helped me at the store and over the phone. Highly recommend.

All the people at Carmax are great! The customer service is phenomenal! As far as customer care they cannot be beat. Jacob and Nikki are awesome! My husband and I will def be back the next time we need a new vehicle.

Very good experience. It took us 2.5 hours from the time we drove in to get our check. We had a rather odd situation (succession with two executors) and Carmax made it work for us. They also offered the best price, so this was a great experience overall.

Found my vehicle at the Covington location. I checked it out there and was very impressed with the woman who helped me. She made arrangements to send it to Kenner for my wife to see. Easiest vehicle purchase ever! Charles was our salesman at the Kenner location. He made the process easy and I got the perfect vehicle. Won’t buy from a dealership again.
