Kimber's Steakhouse

Lived in town for years and only just made it here for the first time! Tonight we enjoyed the Valentine’s special. The steak was delicious as well as the sides. The service was amazing with attentive staff and friendly faces. This will definitely be our new date spot especially because we love to support local. I recommend Kimber’s and loved my experience here.

We decided to go for dinner on Valentine’s of all days! Everything was on point. Excellent service from every staff member we encountered. We both had steak with salads and sides and it was delicious- perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. Dessert was just as scrumptious as it looked. We will definitely go back.

After reviewing some of the most recent reviews, I was hesitant about visiting this restaurant. However, I want to support local businesses, so we decided to go. I am so glad we did. The restaurant is very nice and only a few minutes away from my home. My husband had the oysters and I had the cajun angels. We were both very satisfied with our meals. I do recommend upgrading to a premium side of asparagus. It was great. I also recommend visiting their website and viewing the menu. That way there will be no sticker shock as to the prices. However, I do not mind paying for good food and service and what we received was great!!!

Sheila was an amazing waitress!! We had such a great first time at Kimber’s. She had great service making us laugh. The food was very delicious.

Emily was our server and she was excellent! The chicken scampi is by far the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend trying the cheesecake as well.

Our steaks were fantastic tonight along with the service!! The French onion soup is to die for! Save room for desserts because they have a ton to choose from and they are delicious as well.

Such a great place! The food was amazing. To start, the salad was fresh and had great flavor. I got the Chicken Cordon Bleu and it was the best I've ever had. Oh... And the Mac N Cheese?? Incredible. It's a very unique, creamy flavor... I can't put my finger on it to describe it, but it's an amazing flavor. Lastly, lots of great desserts... Cakes and cheesecakes. The food was absolutely delicious. They have an impressive menu and can deliver delicious on a regular basis. Their desserts are out of this world and the service was fantastic. They truly give the best of the best in both food and professional service.

Prime rib, sirloin, baked potato, asparagus and salad were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Delicious! Staff was prompt and attentive! Will definitely come back to try more menu items! Hats off to the chef!

Food was perfect! Everything was cooked just as ordered and served up hot and fresh. Very attentive waitress with great personality! The atmosphere is cozy and warm too. Deserts..oh my yes! So many it's too hard to choose..and made there!

I haven’t been to the new Kimbers yet, so I decided to give it a try tonight. It was amazing! They had a seafood special with oysters, the seafood was so fresh. Best I’ve had in this area ever. I asked to speak to the chef, he said the seafood is breaded when you order…..so it was not heavy or old tasting. We definitely will be back…..Great job to the new owners!! My kids also really enjoyed the Chicken tenders and fries!

This is my #1 favorite restaurant whenever I come to town. The ribeye steak is the best ever. Service is always great and all staff are very friendly. I have never had a meal there that wasn’t awesome. I had my dad’s 94th birthday party there and the setup was perfect. They thought of everything. I highly recommend to all. The desserts are really good, too.

So, Kimber's was a family style restaurant up until 2 years ago. They changed ownership and became a high end steakhouse. I have seen their billboard on I-40 and decided to stop Friday night. I was worried I would have to wait forever. That was not the case. The restaurant was clean and appealing. I decided to sit at the bar since I was alone. Emily was the bartender and was very attentive and told me all about the place. I ordered a nice glass of red wine and a 10oz filet and sides. One of which was a salad. I had seen one on their reviews. It was amazing! Emily advised em they cut their steaks in house. The filet was out of this world good. Better than any steakhouse in the area. Emily advised that during the summer it has been hard to keep the restaurant full. People go try this restaurant! It is pricy but it is worth every penny! As a foodie I love local restaurants that do specialty items. And Kimber's did not disappoint! Oh and try the homemade desserts. I had a key lime cheesecake that I could not stop eating!

Kimber‘s has been a local favorite for many years…. and the new ownership is continuing the tradition of having awesome food. The fried flounder was the best fried flounder I think I’ve ever had. The shrimp and sweet potato were both delicious along with the fresh salad and bread. The atmosphere of Kimber’s is so inviting and the staff is on point.

Food and service was excellent! Had the Ribeye and was cooked perfectly. Afterwards we had several desserts and they were phenomenal. Our waitress was also excellent. Will definitely be back!!!

My husband and I had a great meal at Kimbers. The salads were fresh and crisp, with cranberries, carrots, croutons, tomatoes added. The prime rib was the star of the meal. Perfectly seasoned, tender, served with au jus and horseradish sauce. Large portions (for lunch the next day).

Great food and service. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Will come again. Excellent waitress and hostess.

We really had a great time! Everyone was so nice and friendly! The food was delicious! I had prime rib, and it was the best I have had in a long time! Cooked to perfection!The server was very attentive! And of course, we took home a dessert! Great atmosphere!!
