Our Maxie had a grooming yesterday. Layla did a wonderful job.
Now his red bow tie fits much better.

Let me start off by saying I very rarely ever write reviews; but if I could give this specific Petsmart location and their staff a 10/5 stars, I would!

You are always greeted and welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. The staff is all super friendly and personable.

We hadn’t taken our Cocker Spaniel to be groomed in awhile to be perfectly transparent, and I was so nervous that we’d be met with judgement or harsh words about it. Instead, Jeffrey (I think that’s his name, I hope) said he was just thinking of her and missing her, the other day! I feel like you never get that sort of care or individualized, specific hospitality at large chain establishments— but these employees are so so kind and thoughtful! Heather was also fantastic about working with our pup and her intense grooming anxiety.

HOWEVER, the thing that really made this experience memorable was the cashier up front. The lady in front of me in line was in the middle of paying, when suddenly a man flagged her down saying her dog had gotten out of its collar and was headed towards the automatic doors. I hadn’t even noticed either, to be fair. The cashier remained calm so as not to frighten the small dog, or cause the owner to panic, but immediately sprang to action and alerted her coworkers that they had a dog loose. She slowly approached the dog, which by that point was already out BOTH of the automatic doors. If you know this location; you KNOW that it’s by a very very busy, huge road. She knelt before the dog right outside the doors, and very slowly, yet intently, called him towards her as we all held our breath. He practically jumped in her arms, right back into safety! I know for a FACT that that dog would have been hit by a car today, had it not been for her assertiveness and her knowing how to work with pets SO well. I will be calling her manager and describing her very specifically, as I do not know her name, but must commend her! She deserves a raise, and employee of the year!

I have been going here for years with Ren and I don't have any complaints! We're always greeted and treated well. The grooming is always done as asked, with great communication by the groomers if anything needs to be done differently.

Took my poodle to be groomed today, it was pretty quick and very well done! I believe my groomer was Jade she was super friendly and did an AMAZING job! Will be back regularly for her.

We have been bringing our pets for almost two years.
Staff is friendly and welcoming. Our furry babies love meeting Amanda for (Sky Reynaldo, the Husky and Al Capone, the Miniature Yorkshire ) and Heather for (Bonnie and Clyde, cats)
Place is clean. Easy check in and check out.
Definitely recommend this place.

This is a great Petsmart! Everytime I've been to this location it is clean, fully stocked, and all the staff is very helpful & friendly!

Pet smart is amazing, love the pricing and all the animals there, it's just beautiful how they have glowing stuff too!

We took our little 7 month old puppy to PetSmart today to get a harness. They were very helpful & one of the workers even suggested a certain brand saying "this is the kind I use with my dogs". All patrons & workers were wearing masks. Other dogs kept distance except one friendly one. Our pup was upset at first with dogs barking but settled down. I recommend PetSmart.

Review update: The harness that was recommended by the PetSmart employee is awesome! It was a little more expensive because of the company that makes it, however we have used it over a week and just love it. Our pup is about 12 pounds with a long body. This harness has a "handle" that goes along the dog's back, just above where a leash is attached. This handle allows you to easily pick up your dog and/or hold them so they cannot chase or run after what they want. Since it is a harness & not a collar than the dog does not get choked

Dropped off my toy poodle for a haircut and Layla did so great with him. He wasn't even stressed or running from the groomer which he usually does. He was so calm!

My dog received a fantastic grooming by Erin. She took our ragamuffin and made her beautiful!

Got the dogs groomed and staff made it very easy. Did a great job with the service as well.

I was very impressed with their return policy on live pets. I purchased 4 parakeets and when I got home realized one had an injured foot. They told me to bring it back and (long story short) I got a different parakeet. I realized within like 2 days that the new one just stayed puffed all the time(not a good sign generally). So I brought him back and got another. I now have 4 very happy healthy lil parakeets😊

Great place to buy just about anything you need for your fur babies, feather, etc.

Jeffery is my guy! He’s been grooming my fur baby all of his life. Super friendly and does an amazing job on the grooming. Has my doggy coming out looking like a little teddy bear and I love it every time!

Jeffrey in grooming is the best!! Excellent personality and personable. He always does a great job with my Lhasa Apso!
