We saw him in March. When we didn’t receive a refund after two months, we kept trying to get in touch with him. Ended up banging on his door in June. Says he filed them and he has proof of timely filing. Now state wants to charge us a late fee because he didn’t file on time. Now we’ve been trying for two weeks to get him to answer his phone or call us back. No response. Now we are stuck paying a late fee due to his incompetence and lack of professionalism.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Well it is now October 5th and I’ve yet to have my tax documents returned to me. When I signed and PAID for the tax filing service back in late March I was told the documents weren’t ready and they would be mailed to me. Late in the summer it struck me that I never received them. I spoke with Neil and he emailed me a copy and said he’d send them out right away. Two weeks pass and nothing. I emailed on a Friday as a follow up and am told they’d be sent beginning of the next week. That was three weeks ago. I’ve emailed about half a dozen times and zero response. Calls go to vm and are not returned. Most UNPROFESSIONAL actions I’ve ever encountered!
