We are currently here for the week at the sugar top resort. The condo is beautiful the staff are phenomenal and the rental agency have been friendly and efficient. Our only complaint is that we have to leave this little piece of heaven. We will most deff be coming back soon and will using RRR again!!

I recently stayed in Bee Branch 20 with a party of two adults and two teenage boys. The entire experience from booking, check-in, through check-out was outstanding. While Bee Branch is an older complex, the owners have done a great job of keeping it extremely clean, comfortable, and in working order. The beds were in great condition, we had hot waters and good water pressure, all appliances, internet, heat, cable TV all worked well. There was plenty of room in the unit and its proximity to the slopes was perfect. You are literally steps from the Easy Street run and lift, and you can even walk across the slope in the morning before opening to buy lift tickets at the lodge. The rental staff was informative, well organized, and professional. I highly recommend RRR @ Sugar Mountain and Bee Branch 20.

Our cabin was beautiful and included every amenity imaginable. What a view!

Had a problem with our hot water heater late night but the gentleman available with the after hours number was very helpful and guided us to the breaker , no other issues.

Wonderful customer service. I LOVE Veronica and Jamie and Sandrea. They are so nice and accommodating. They do everything everything to make their customers experiences wonderful. I recommend them for management.
