Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Douglas

Very nice property in the town of Douglas. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff was extremely nice! I'd stay here again if and when my travels bring me near.

This Fairfield Inn is the nicest one I’ve stayed at with a kind and helpful staff and clean, well kept rooms. Kim, the manager, has very helpful way and it’s very obvious that staff members enjoy working for her. Highly recommend this hotel when you need lodging in the area!

This hotel has been great. The management is awesome, the rooms are clean and the location is far enough away from the center of town but close enough it’s not far away. I enjoy staying at this hotel and recommend it.

I was in town for business and everyone was amazing! The young lady at check in (I believe Keira) was pleasant and helpful after I'd been on the road all night. The next morning, I had a time sensitive need and Kimberly immediately sprang into action. I have to return in a few months for business and I'll be sure to book at this property!

We came down to visit family with my son for his first vacation. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the free breakfast in the mornings. (Even had vegan options) The complimentary sugar cookies were to die for! The staff were friendly and the pool was nice. (Wished they had a hot tub)

Was here on business. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and my room was very comfortable. The only suggestion I would recommend is that the indoor pool area be heated. We could not use the pool because the water was freezing. The indoor pool was one of the reasons why a coworker and i choose this hotel to be able to unwind after work but the water was just too cold.Other than that I had a great stay.

If there was such a thing to give 100 Stars to Fairfield by Marriott in Douglas, Georgia, please allow me to give them. This is an A rated Hotel with some Fabulous Associates. We arrived at the hotel after having a nightmare hotel down the street that I will not mention. Autumn provided a reservation for us over the phone and when we arrived at Fairfield Autumn was so amazingly helpful with a great deal of empathy for what we had been through that brought us to Fairfield. We had the most awesome experience with all the Associates at Fairfield in Douglas, Georgia. The hotel was very nice, extremely clean, had nice hot water, very comfortable and inviting from the front door to the rooms. The staff that we met the next morning as we had breakfast was just as amazing and helpful. I hope that this hotel really get so many customer just to experience the love we felt. If I ever go back to Douglas, Georgia this will be the hotel I will always stay at no matter what. As the old saying goes, FIRST IMPRESSIONS GOES A LONG WAY. Thank you to Autumn and the rest of the Fairfield by Marriott Associates for make me and my friends feel as though we were very special, wanted, and love through their service, quality, cleanliness, and OUTSTANDING Customer Service that deserve 100% of this review and more.

Wonderful experience working with this facility. I would like to specifically like to point out the southern hospitality, promptness and professionalism of Ms. Kimberly, the Front Office Manager. She was a blessing!

A great stay many times. We return to this hotel when in the area for this main reason - HONESTY is paramount. We accidentally left behind a gold ring. It was turned in by an honest house keeping staff and then kept in a safe. When we discovered it missing, we called to see if "they may have found it". And immediately they knew where it was. It was an amazing moment knowing it was found and turned by this wonderful honest soul! So we highly recommend this Fairfield Inn.

We stayed here one night for Memorial Day weekend. Our experience was great. We have a 2 year old so we opted for the suite king and it was great to have the extra space. Our vehicle was parked near the entrance and there were security cameras that view the entire parking lot. The area felt pretty safe though. There’s not much going on in south Douglas anyway. The front desk attendants were great and got us checked in and out seamlessly. Breakfast was great. With limited options in this area of Georgia, I’d highly recommend Fairfield of Douglas.

We stayed for a week. Overall the hotel was very clean. Breakfast had lots of options. Always had clean towels. Recommend getting the suite, very spacious!

Kyia the young lady who checked us in was very professional, helpful, kind and knowledgeable of area. We stay 4 days and witness Kyia assisting several guest. The facility was clean and the stall were all pleasant and courteous. Only down fall they only have 1 washer and dry.

Typical new Fairfield Inn. Nice rooms, clean, everything in order. Stayed the night of Hurricane Idalia, so it was really busy.

Super friendly staff, and helpful. Room and common areas were very clean. No bugs, no smells, no sticky residue. We were in town for a wedding nearby and we couldn't be happier with the Fairfield. Five stars!

Very clean hotel because it is new. Quiet location even though it is adjacent to the airport. Hot breakfast had real food not just something in a package to microwave like a lot of other hotels are doing. Pool was nice and clean too. Stayed 11/5 and there were only a dozen or so rooms occupied. Woman at front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

My husband and I could not be happier here. The hotel is clean, clean clean!! Great amenities! Wonderful breakfast, felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. We felt like VIP'S!!

They would not have gotten rid of us if the indoor pool was heated. We loved it!!

Great for being in a small town. Rooms are nice. Customer service is excellent. Gym has a set of dumbbells up to 50 lbs with a couple of treadmills, elliptical and stationary bike. Small indoor pool and outdoor patio next to the gym. Free continental breakfast every morning.

Me and my boyfriend absolutely loved the stay! All the employees were super nice and very welcoming! Will definitely be staying here again!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and all the little extras at the breakfast bar are great! Feels like a place the employees take pride in. Would stay again.
