Andre was extremely professional and explained his approach to the work carefully in advance. They were on time, cleaned up nicely in the work area and did professional quality work. I liked the fact that Andre was the person who provided the on-site quote and he was also the person that completed the project the next week. I'm very pleased with the two new bathroom exhaust fans that he installed and routed through the attic to the outside of the house. Communication with the company was impressive on all fronts, texts, emails, and phone calls throughout scheduling, the day of the work, and follow up.

I spoke to Lola at Ace, and she was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. She sent Andre to service my system. Andre was also top notch. I highly recommend this business.

Well first the lady that I spoke with on the phone was wonderful and very professional and seems like a very caring person. Second the workers arrived and were very friendly and are completing the replacing the heating system as we speak. They are finished now and showed me how everything work including how to change the filter which you have to be careful by turning it off first which is so good to know because it will blow a fuse if you don't. Anyway the service was very good and I am glad to have heat again

ACE Service Experts were an absolute pleasure. Lola set up my appointment quickly and efficiently and the team that came out to my home were professional and efficient in getting my air conditioner up and running. I'm very happy with the service agreement I purchased. I'm happy to be an ACE customer!

I couldn't believe how fast the company came to do the estimate. They then emailed the estimate early in the same day, and even though I answered after hours they still got me in for the very next morning for installation. This was all during the hottest part of the summer, 100° temps all week. The financing has decent payments and interest rates. I am so pleased!

ACE has been wonderful assisting us with our HVAC needs. The customer service is excellent and the technician diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything thoroughly. AJ was professional and explained everything really well. He was out here within an hour of us calling and got things all fixed up right away! So grateful since our house was 82 degrees when he got here!! Will definitely use ace again if needed!

From this morning’s hasty call to the office hoping for a timely (“by tomorrow”) response, thru Technician “Andrew H.” service completion a few minutes ago, everything could not have gone better! I also appreciated “ACE” letting me work as go-between for my Home Warranty Co. billing…”Cheers” All around !!!

ACE was fantastic from beginning to end. Lola & Andre kept me informed on status of events. AJ (tech), diagnosed and provided detailed available options. The install crew (Eric, Josh & Jose) were professional, timely and thorough. Definitely recommend ACE for any HVAC needs.

I cannot say enough great things about ACE!

My furnace went out during the early cold snap a few days ago. I was desperate for heat. My first call was to Kelly heating and Cooling who came to the house and right away told me I needed a new furnace without really doing their due diligence to trouble shoot.

A couple of days later. I had the great fortune of meeting Andre, the owner of ACE who was in the neighborhood on another service call. He committed to coming out ASAP to evaluate the situation with my furnace. Although Andre had 7 appointments the next day, Joan in customer service was kind enough to get me worked in that schedule.

Andre came out and did a thorough evaluation and comprehensive testing of all the components in my heating system and educated me along the way. More importantly he was honest enough to tell me that my furnace was in good shape and it was just the pilot light that was out. He got my furnace up and running right away! Given the age of my furnace, he could have ripped me off like the other company planned on doing, but he did not. With proper maintenance and care, although my unit is over 30 years old, he believes I might be able to get another 5 years out of it. I have since signed up for Ace’s Home Care Club - a great package of services that will help me stretch the longevity of my unit - saving me from the significant expense of a new furnace at this time and in the near future.

I highly recommend ACE to anyone in need of heating or cooling. Not only are the technicians excellent in their craft, they run a very professional business with top notch customer service at reasonable prices. I truly believe you cannot do better than ACE. I recommend Ace Heating and Cooling services. Lola, the Concierge Specialist was very patient, she answered all my questions, and assisted me with choosing the best option for required service.

The Service Expert AJ was on time, explained everything from the service to the pricing. He did not start the job without confirming everything.

Today AJ came out and did our annual maintenance check of heating portion on our HVAC systems. He was thorough and professional. I have been using ACE service experts for years now. They are very good at what they do. I can always count on them to be professional and honest. Thanks guys!

AJ was very professional and explained what he was going to do and what he was looking for. He kept me informed on the procedure and made me feel comfortable that he was able to get my furnace back up and running. I'm Happy with the results and look forward in being a client for years to come.

(2023) my A/C was not cooling, I called to schedule an appointment, which was only a few days later, Lola was super helpful and got me enrolled in the home care program.

A.J was my technician, he did a great job and was friendly and professional.

(2021 I forgot to post) I have worked with Andre & Matt previously at other property, ACE was the first company that came to mind when I knew there was a possibility of needing a new AC.
I called to schedule a quote, they walked me through and explained what work was needed and how long it would take.
The install was completed quickly and professionally.
