Most darling store with the kindest staff! Truly unique and on-trend finds. The sweet associate was so generous with her time in helping me find just the right pair of jeans (which has been a frustrating goal). She helped make it a positive experience and I am truly grateful to have found this gem of a store!!

I love this store! When I was at work one day a customer came in wearing superflair jeans. She told me she got them at urban legends, i visited a month later and found two pairs of black superflair jeans! I've literally been looking for jeans like this since 2005. I met the store owner and she was very helpful. She obviously loves what she does.

Customer service was excellent! She helped us to accessorize clothes and jewelry. She was very kind and super helpful. The clothes and jewelry were very nice and the displays beautifully arranged!.

Wonderful customer service! They were so helpful and caring. Super cute clothes that are unique but stylish. Also love their accessories, I got a pair of earrings from here and I loved them!

Every time I've visited this store, at least one employee has assisted me in finding items I liked. They are very good about making suggestions for things that match something you already picked and others that you might like based on that. They have a good rewards card for repeat customers.

Love the clothes and accessories st this store. They are funky and fun things here. When I am in town visiting, I do not miss a chance to go to this shop.

I visited this store for the first time this morning after seeing such great reviews here & on their Facebook page. There was a young girl sitting behind the counter on her cell phone, she never spoke, just looked at us & smiled. We walked around for about 5 minutes (we were the only people in the store) & she still never spoke a word. I gave 2 stars because they have some really cute clothes but the customer service was very poor.

Great clothes, but I will never go back. I live an hour away, and made a large purchase while shopping with my girlfriends. I decided to return a few of the items a few days later - tags still on and receipt in hand. The sales associate told me no returns, only exchanges or store credit. When I said there is no signage indicating that was the policy, I was told it's on the receipt. Well, obviously, that is worthless as you receive the receipt AFTER you've made a purchase. Such a bad business practice! I won't be back just out of principle.
