I have never had a bad experience here! I came around 1pm and it was bit busy but we received such kind and quick service. Our food was perfectly warm and delicious. Our server Andrea was wonderful and anticipated our needs. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Incredible flavors! This is an underrated little gem. My girlfriend and I both loved our meals. 100% will return :)

Tonight we ate here for the first time. Both of us ordered the Chicken Caesar wrap. Our wraps were delicious. The fries and chips were perfect. We were seated quickly and our food came out very timely. We are looking forward dining here again soon and trying the pizza! Our server also did a great job.

I often order Mediteraneo for the Stromboli and calamari which are fantastic! Their pizzas are serviceable, but not out of this world. We also order the Italian sub and love their gyro. I haven’t eaten in the restaurant, but I’ve had a confusing experience with their staff at the register which is why I docked a star for service. Sorry for the photos! Hungry family was not amused with me taking them when they were ready to eat!

This was my first time visiting! Food was great and service was even better! Super nice place to enjoy a family meal!!!

First let me start with The Bread! Not only does it come in a basket with your meal, but it's so yummy! Seriously, I haven't had bread this delicious in a long time. We came on a Friday around noon, and ordered off the lunch menu. Lots of choices, most that came with a salad, which I thought was good and had plenty of dressing, and a drink. My lasagna was under $14! My husband' gyro came with fries and a drink for just $14. He said it was delicious and the tzatziki was one of the best he's had. We are spoiled with several excellent Lebanese eateries by our house in Cary, so we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food in the middle of such a rural area.
Amazing food for reasonable prices- I'm in! If you're on your way on I40 heading to Hickory or Asheville this is worth a stop (Clemmons).

We usually eat at odd times. The service was spot on. Taking our drinks, giving us time to look over the menu. We received our food in good time...2 pizzas and a sandwich. The server was great about keeping up with the table. The food was delicious, although one new york cheese pizza was salty after the fact. The price was very resonable. 3 of us for the same price as Chick-fil-A. Over all a very good experience. Definitely be back.

Good food and service, the owner is very nice as well. Food is great, the zatar pizza was good as well as the zatar fries and taouk and kafta sandwiches as well, not to mention the great pizza !

Just left. I'm not saying it's the best pizza in America, but it's the best pizza I've ever had in America. I wantes to compliment the guy who cooked it and told the server. He said it's the owner and he'll tell him. I told the owner it's one of the best pizzas I've ever had - and that the only one that maybe beats it is one I had in Naples, Italy when on a cruise. The owner tells me he's from Naples and makes the pizzas to the strict rules and guidelines they have over there. It suddenly all makes sense.

Astonishing food. Truly the most authentic you'll have. I live 3 hours away, I WILL be back with my wife!!!

Have been wanting to try this place for awhile and tonight I did. The calamari is awesome! The squid is tender while the breading is light and crunchy! I ordered the Sorrento pizza & my husband the Meat Lovers. We enjoyed! Service was friendly & atmosphere is relaxed.

Great for lunch and top notch pizza. Everything I have had there is good: pasta, pizza, stromboli. Lunch prices are reasonable. Pizza can be pricey at dinner, but it's worth it for a treat.

Delicious tasting brick oven pizza. Crisp and thin pizza crust with fresh melted mozzarella cheese and basil. The tomato sauce is delicate as well. Simply delicious! The chef always makes sure it is served piping hot. My husband and I have been going to Mediterraneo Pizza and Grill in Clemmons for 3 years and we love it! Thank you!

The food was absolutely delicious! The food portions were perfect and the flavors were great. The sauce wasn’t overpowering and you could actually taste every ingredient. I do believe this could well be the best restaurant in Clemmons! The atmosphere is simple and casual and the service is excellent!

This was our 2nd time eating here and so far we have not been disappointed. I got the chicken shish tawooka and fries and it was really good. The wife had the salmon salad and the salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I highly recommend and we will be back again and again.

Fantastico! This place knows Italian food. Make beautiful pizzas in a wood fired oven. Appetizers you don't normally see outside Italy. Pictures attached!

I love this place. The food is amazing, really recommend you try the gnocchi Sorentina. Their bread is amazing too. Also love their pizza.

My husband and I went there for the first time and we were very pleased! The food was delicious and our server Jesse was even better. We will definitely come back.

First time eating here with my family...WOW!! Chicken parmigiana was amazing and quite possibly the best I've had! The fettuccine Alfredo, eggplant rollatini, and the gyro were exceptional as well. We will definitely be back!
