Sacred Sparrow Tattoo Studio + Collective

My girlfriend and I both got tattoos here today. My girlfriend made a couple changes to the design but our artist, Reagan, was super nice and super patient about getting it just right. It turned out great.

My tattoo was super well designed and she really did an amazing job of getting what I was going for. It was somewhat decent sized in a painful spot, yet she was super patient and nice even though I’m sure she could tell I was struggling.

The place is also super clean and has a really nice vibe, with some really beautiful artwork by both tattoo artist and other artwork. Most importantly, however, the whole place did a really good job of making you feel comfortable. Some tattoo shops can be really intimidating but that just isn’t the case at Blackwater. If I lived closer this would be my place to go to, without a doubt. If I’m ever in area I will definitely be back.

Best tattoo place in Carroll county. The women in this shop are amazing at what they do. They are the only ones that I want doing my tattoos from now on. Love them so much.
Reagan is so talented. The tattoos she has done for my wife are amazeballs.
Lucy is so creative with my tattoo designs, it's like she can see in my head.

Sydney is amazing! I came in for a thigh tattoo without any notice. Within a couple hours, she had drawn up my tattoo and done all the line work! I can't wait to go back in a couple weeks to get it finished.

Jules is great. I have been going to him for 3 years and have been more than pleased everytime. The tattoo shop is amazing, Big with plenty of rooms. The staff is there to help and you can tell they love their job.You are welcomed in, taken thru the process and ready to go after that. Jules has helped me create every tattoo. I come with an idea then he runs with it . I wont go anywhere else in the future. I would definetly go by and meet Jules.

When I first met Julius Woods 20 years ago, he was still in High School and Starting his Apprenticeship with a another artist I helped train when I was younger. Watching the Drive, Talent , and Ambition he Shown Over the Past 20 years despite numerous troubles and setbacks, Watching His career has been one of the most Gratifying things in My career. I always regard him as one of My Most Successful Proteges and True Friends to be around, and Better People Ive ever had the Honor of Knowing.
