They sold me an awesome and good looking car. Went there to get a different car but wasn’t able to get approved but they got me into a different vehicle and for a good price. Included warranty and gap insurance into the price and really helped me get into a good and reliable car. If anyone is thinking about shopping here. I highly recommend that you do.

As a first time buyer, I had a couple dealerships try to sell me cars with problems, but not here. The staff was super friendly, straight to the point, and very flexible. I bought a 2011 Dodge Charger and when they did a final detail of the car, they noticed a radiator fan wasn't working properly and fixed it before I even took the car home. Definitely a very pleasant experience.

*2011 Camaro SS* (photos are from the dealer site, as it was night time at the time of this review) I will ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealer to anybody and everybody who needs a vehicle. They did the unthinkable with my below average credit (FICO Auto 8 around 480) and got me in a car that I honestly thought I wouldn't be able to ever have at the price I purchased her for, that honestly came with much more packed into it than I thought. I've had my car for only 12 hours as of this review and I'm in love with her! Not a single issue so far, and the 3rd party warranty that's offered is legit and covers basically the entire power train! The paperwork was also streamlined thanks to both myself, and the gentleman I was communicating with via email/text (my apologies for forgetting the name) I got all information required to him before arriving, and was in and out including a 20 minute test drive, in just about 40 minutes! Thank you Ark Motors! Definitely expect to see me again in the future for a second purchase!!!

So I was very happy to find this place. I had a bad experience at a big corporate dealership not to long ago. So I decided to take my chances with a privately owned dealership. I am proud that I picked Ark Motors. They really gave me the best advice they could when it came to my financing. The lot has quality looking vehicles and good variety. This dealership was selling a 2016 Lincoln MKZ that I just fell in love at first sight with. My Beau gave me a great Birthday present, but I also have to really thank you guys for going all out in helping making my birthday special for me and working the best deal you could. If your looking for honest, and trustworthy give these guys a chance like I did.

Extremely professional and open on pricing and details of the used vehicle I purchased. They went above and beyond to make sure I could get the truck I wanted without any issues, even though I was driving from hours away to purchase it. Purchased a beautiful ram, 3500 yesterday was the most comfortable car buying experience I have ever had in my life I believe I dealt with the owner. He was very honest no pressure no haggling all the staff was very kind and polite. I would definitely recommend them. They have a lot of nice vehicles on their lot Reasonably Priced, I will return to purchase my wife a vehicle next

Well I’m very happy with my purchase ! My dad recommended me! And Mo was a great help ! He worked with my budget and help me get the car i had my eye on for a couple of weeks. He even sat and tried to help me with insurance ! We stayed a little bit after closing and everyone was very patient ! i am so busy and have no time for car sales. i need trucks that are older powerful and not terribly expensive. i drove over 200 miles today based on honesty and trust. Arrived at Ark and was impressed how professional and clean the operation was. people were cleaning vehicles, cleaning the grounds etc. owner manager and sales met me with open arms. amazing experience

I had been looking for a specific vehicle for almost a year. They were overpriced everywhere. I had almost decided to go with something different and then I found exactly what I wanted at Ark. The price was fair and I was treated with respect the whole time. Even when dealing with my bank (some questionable customer service reps) Ark was patient and did everything they could to make it easier for me. I will absolutely send friends and family there in the future.
