I have known Dr. Gill since the inception of Pulsar Health. There is not one service offered that is not treated/administered with the utmost professionalism. compassion and friendliness from the moment you make an appointment! One of the most recent services I can highly recommend (and I can recommend several I have NEVER been disappointed) is shock wave therapy. I have been dealing with very painful frozen shoulder. After just one treatment, I experienced not just great relief, but my first decent night's sleep in months!

I met with Dr. Gill and her staff for a consult because I was told I would need implants after mastectomy. I had met with another plastic surgeon, and wanted a second opinion. Dr Gill and her staff were wonderful. Their office is beautiful too! Dr Gill took the time to educate me regarding mu options and she took photographs of my breast's so that they would look the same. The other surgeon did not do that. I am at thus time not having an implant but if I needed one, she would have been my first choice.

My annual dermatological check revealed I needed a Mohs procedure, so I searched for a plastic surgeon that gave me a good feeling. I chose Dr Gill, and I’m so glad I did. Her office staff was welcoming and accommodating. They found a way to get me scheduled rather quickly because of the nature of my needs. Dr Gill made me feel really well taken care of. She treated me with gentleness, warmth and professionalism. A lot of little things added to my feeling comfortable through a procedure I felt nervous about, and very happy with my choice to come to her for this.

Two weeks later I got a basic facial from Sandra there. It’s been a couple of weeks since my treatment with her and I’m still impressed. I get facials regularly at a place downtown, but in the many years I’ve gone there, my pores have never looked smaller. Almost imperceivable. I didn’t think it was possible for my skin type. She is really knowledgeable and somehow worked some magic on my skin. I’m surprised the results have lasted so long. Highly recommend Pulsar Health

I had the most amazing experience with Dr Gill! I am a 63 year old CPA and had never had any work done previously. Dr Gill performed PRP treatment under my eyes and Botox to remove many wrinkles around my eyes and forehead. She also recommended and eye lift which I did. The before and after pictures of my face are beyond belief. She shaved more than decade off my facial appearance. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt comfortable and right at home. I was greeted by Samantha & Cherie who were both friendly & professional .
Dr. Gill performed the MOHS surgery on my shin. Before she injected the litdocaine, I was given a stuffed animal named Kim to hold in one hand & the medical assistant, Yuliet, held my other hand. I was given a choice of music and the stitching began. We had great laughs and conversations. This made the procedure not only go by quickly, but totally relaxed me, as well.
Dr. Gill’s bedside manner made me feel comfortable and at ease.
Did I mention the fact that I was hungry and was given watermelon too!?! My tummy was grateful!

I’m 2 weeks post opp tummy tuck , lipo and j plasm and I could not be happier From the first time I walked into Dr. Gills office I was at ease. Dr.Gill is absolutely amazing. I needed an emergency procedure, and she gave me an appointment right away. She has so much knowledge and did an amazing job. I’m really thankful with her and her team.

Dr. Gill helped me avoid neck lift surgery by a series of treatments. The first step was a few treatments of Mint PDO threading to get immediate results, which was great for several months. The next step was chin liposuction and J-Plasma skin tightening. The positive results were not only immediate, but got even better over a few months. Most recently, Dr. Gill performed Co2 fractional laser on my face and neck to improve skin texture. Its a year later and the results are still positive!

Dr. Gill’s office staff are lovely! The office is beautiful and dr. Gill is a rare Gem! I had several treatments on my arms at other places and was left with red, bumpy scares. I would only wear long sleeves to hide the scars. Dr Gill suggested a deep micro needling treatment. After one treatment, the redness was reduced and my scares look a lot better. I am one week post op writing this. I LOVE everyone here. I had liposuction of my chin, arms, thighs, stomach back and fat grafting to my hips here awake last week. I went in super nervous but they were so sweet and got me relax.

I'm not new to plastic surgery but never done it awake. I got up and walked out of surgery on my own.
