I received a polo shirt in the mail that had a slight stain on it. I explained to them I tried to get it out and that I was unable to do so. Very quickly after sending an email customer support representative William Martin was able to send me a replacement shirt that day! The best selection of Georgia Southern attire anywhere, and very affordable. Customer service is truly second to none; they are always super friendly and helpful. This store has everything from game day clothing (Adidas, Columbia, etc) to accessories, banners, and more. Southern Exchange is the first place I stop before any GSU event.

Ordered a gift last minute with the hope that it might make it to Texas by Christmas. It made it days before as they shipped it out the same day. Wonderful service! Thank you!

I found them on Google as I was searching for a few Christmas gifts. They had excellent prices and my order made it all the way to SW Georgia in two days with regular shipping selected. Additionally, the quality of the items that I purchased was great, I also received a hand written thank you note, and a loyalty rewards card. I was impressed enough with my experience with them to come back and write a review! Will definitely continue to support this business.

I received a fitted GS hat as a Christmas gift. I loved the hat, but it was way too big. Contacted Southern Exchange and was helped by William. The hat I really wanted wasn't available in my size but I was able to find another one they were able to exchange for me. They shipped my new hat along with pre-paid shipping label to return the old one. Could not have been a more pleasant process. Thanks William and Southern Exchange for taking care of your customers. Go see them for a great selection, fair prices and top notch customer service. I know I will the next time I'm in Statesboro!

I have shopped in store and online. The experience in both cases was excellent.

While I attended Georgia Southern in Statesboro a few years ago, I know live in Jacksonville, FL and am only able to shop online. I am always hesitant to shop online because you never know how things will fit.

However, I ordered a few different items--a couple hats, a luggage tag and a medium sweatshirt. The sweatshirt ended up not being available in the medium size. I received a text from Southern Exchange asking if they could send a small instead because the sweatshirt was oversized; I agreed. I just received my package today and I am beyond pleased with the quality of the items and the customer service I received. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with my purchase, the quality of the items I received and the amazing customer service that Southern Exchange provided. I will for sure be purchasing ALOT more GSU items in the future.

This store has an excellent selection of Georgia Southern merchandise. The owner and staff are extremely helpful. They even offer a Rewards program where you can earn $10 off a future purchase when you fill your punch card. I have bought a number of items already for myself, family and friends.

Finally had the chance to visit and it didn't disappoint! Exceptional selection, quality, and price! Glad they opened after I graduated, I would've spent all my money at this place. Ended up sitting behind the owners as we beat #25 App State so it was a great day all around. Can't wait to visit again!

Although not inexpensive the clothes are well made and sized appropriately... the staff are friendly, professional and very proud of their school, Georgia Southern University!

Not only does this shop have the cutest stuff, they have the nicest, most genuine owners and staff. The owner is always there and will talk to you like you're a member of the family. This place really goes above and beyond to make their customers feel welcome and happy. I have purchased several things from here and received things as gifts. They are all great quality and I haven't had a single issue with anything. I highly recommend checking them out! Love this place!
