I LOOOOVE Lotus Massage and Rehabilitation! Haf is INCREDIBLE! She is so knowledgeable about the body and finds the spots and helps to release the tension. The atmosphere is so calming and her hands are like butter. Memberships are available to keep consistently going monthly. I can’t say enough positive things about the experience - would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Massages by Haf are just amazing! Even the oil she uses feels different from what other massage therapists use. She really gets into the moment and in tuned with what your body needs. You can literally just lay there, not say a word and she just knows what to do! I’ve booked a massage from Haf every week since the first time I booked her and loved it each and every time! The tension in my neck and lower back always feels great after my massage. Haf is very professional , knowledgeable, caring and calming. Haf is wonderful! I booked the same day (great, flexible hours) and came in with neck, shoulder & back muscle pain. Her deep tissue massage made all the difference and was just what I needed. I am so happy I purchased the yearly package (great value) and can not wait till March to go back. I would highly recommend anyone to give it a try. She definitely knows her stuff!!!

I visit Haf on a weekly basis. Her private clinic is very clean with Covid measures in place. I have been suffering with aches & pains in my legs that have subsided. And now receive full body relaxation massages which I love. She is very professional & takes her time to make sure she meets your expectations. I love how calm & relaxing the atmosphere is there. Häf Higgott is simply the best massage therapist I have ever been too! She has helped me out a lot with my neck, shoulder and back problems. She is very knowledgeable and she has this inert ability to understand your muscles, body and stress. Very professional, she is always on time and with an excellent work ethic (she does not discuss anything personal during massage). Caring, very reliable and consistent, she always takes her time to make sure she meets your expectations. I like her office also, very clean with calm and relaxing atmosphere. Every time I was there Häf made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and left feeling energetic and renewed. Like most of us, I have been working from home for the last couple of months and have been experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort in my neck and back. From the moment I stepped into Lotus I started to feel a positive change, the comforting ambiance and environment along with the professionalism and attention to detail from Haf regarding the pain I was having made me feel right at home! The process and techniques that Haf follows is unlike anything I have ever experienced before, I have been to a lot of rehabilitation centers and multiple doctors for my pain and really didn’t have any breakthroughs or long-term relief. I am happy to say that from the first visit with Lotus that it has made such a major difference and took away the discomfort but Haf also takes the time to outline a specific treatment plan. She has been able to help me practice better posture, stretching and exercise that complement their treatment which has made a world of difference! Häf is amazing! She is has loads of knowledge about the body. She has helped me through stiff necks, shoulder and back pain. Not only just easing what was going on but teaching me way to make sure I don’t re-injure myself. I recently had nerve surgery on my arm and she has helped work through the scar and muscle tissue. I’ve have gone to her place and she has come to my home! She’s professional and amazing at what she does. I have never been disappointed! Ps. I can’t wait to do cupping in my next session 💚

Was having real issues with my legs and back as I was trying to get back into running at 48 years old. I tried everything, different shoes, compression socks, you name it. Haf took a look at the way I walked and jogged and could tell instantly that one ankle was weaker than the other. She worked out the knots in my legs and back, and gave me exercises to do to strengthen both. Now I'm running everyday. So I highly recommend her!
