Krispy Kreme

Everybody loves Krispy Kreme! If you don't you should check yourself for a soul. Only issue is there's usually 5 people standing around looking like deer caught in the headlights and one person who is doing everything lol

When I went, it was a Tuesday morning. They had doughnuts. The service was fine. Nothing great but definitely nothing bad.

Personally, I had a simple order. But, my 4 other friends all ordered drinks and doughnuts. All seemed happy.

I, personally, had a good experience here. Just one thing… this location is a bit smaller than other locations I’m used to back home.

I went through the drive-thru and used the symbol from the email on my phone. For whatever reason, the cashier had some difficulty processing the charge. It became easier when I offered her my phone itself. It went through, of course. I don't blame her. I blame some sort of glitch, either in the system or in the email itself.

We LOVE Krispy Kreme but only get them when we visit NC. they are light and fluffy. Much better at a Krispy Kreme location than those bought in stores. The staff here is very nice and helpful.

Got a box of donut holes yesterday. They were so AMAZING !!! Great Job Krispy Kreme on University parkway Winston Salem, NC. Super friendly. 👍

Always a pleasant experience when I visit. Not to mention the doughnuts and the best!!!

Chocolate covered, cream filled donuts were delicious as always.

First of all I must disclose that I LOVE Krispy Kreme Donuts. Ever since I was a kid and my parents took my brother and I to our local shop in Northern VA I have been hooked. We would stand for what seemed to be hours watching them make their famous glazed donuts. I have visited this shop on University Parkway more times than I would like to admit. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. They always that a large selection to include my favorites. OH and lets not forget their rewards program. It is awesome... If in the area you should stop by!

Man they nailed it! the doughnut were fresh not hot now even though the app said they were hot now but fresh and oh so good! the coffee was perfect and Pam got a strawberry chiller that was great also. One of my best KK experiences of all times

Cant go wrong with a dozen of doughnuts

The doughnuts were very fresh, as always. The staff was super friendly, as always. We will come here for the finest KKs in all the land, as always. If you've never been when the hot light is on, do your tastebuds a favor and go. The deliciousness is worth it.

First time using app for purchase. Was able to use the buy one get one promotion. Asked the young lady to mix a box for my husband's birthday if decorated donuts. Very nice variety, which he loved. Also, got a couple of the new mini donuts. Great for a quick snack. All in all very pleased.

Full disclaimer - I have not eaten a donut from here, but the folks at the drive through always had my dozen (whether assorted or all glazed) ready the moment I got to the window. Coffee wasn't bad. Super fast and if not always friendly, professional service.

I had a great buy one get one coupon and they had the hot sign on so I had to go and pick them up. You can never go wrong with fresh hot Krispy Kreme donuts. FANTASTIC AS ALWAYS

Their donuts are so good! Wide variety. Only critique is that they are slow on someday but not most of the time. Also if you like warm donuts go on Saturday and Sunday morning they make them and they are awesome!

Great people and great donuts. Had a problem the app coupon and without any hesitation or even a chance to complain the associate took care of it politely and smiled. This was not the first time a associate immediately reacted positively to a problem turning it into a positive.

The staff were wonderful and the hot doughnughts were amazing! Very fun stop with the family!

Always the best customer service at this location on University Avenue so kind and helpful. Just left the drive-thru with my donut and my lemonade chiller
