I'm mad at myself for not reviewing this place sooner. I LOVE them.
I have tiny, narrow, weird feet and they always find something for me. Even if the selection for me is sadly limited for me.
I especially love Track Shack for insoles for my roller skates. Yeup. You read that correctly. The very determined employees are wonderful finding insoles for me. Yes, they're more expensive than drug store ones. Your legs and feet etc are worth it.

Track Shack is much more than a great store to buy running/walking/track shoes from. Their staff are super helpful and invest their time in helping you find that right walking/running shoe for you. It may seem a bit pricey as they carry high quality products, but the customer service is superb! I do have to be cautious in what I spend, but I can tell you that I do compare prices once I find what shoe works for myself and my family. At the end of the day I have found that there are times I may pay up to additional $20 for a pair of shoes, but most of the time Track Shack is priced the same as other stores.

I was introduced to Track Shack from my son's cross country coach back in 2012. I drive almost a hour one way and have been doing this for 12 years now. Chris and Kristi are my go to people when we visit about every 4 months. On January 15, 2024 we had the pleasure of meeting Christa. Although she had to share the bad news with me that Brooks discontinued making my most favorite running shoe (Dyad II), she was very helpful in introducing me newest Ghost Max running shoe. So far, I am loving the Ghost Max, but I do miss the Dyad II.

Tatiana did a great, she was patient and knowledgeable. If you haven’t been here they measure your feet, look/ask about issues like pronation or flat feet and then bring it several options in your size. Once you know which shoe you can choose from different colors etc. excellent experience!

Great shopping experience with Donnie. He listened to my situation and advised on the best shoe after I shared my Brooks Shoe Finder results. Bought one pair today and Donnie placed an order for a second pair. Since I live in sneakers day in and day out, He also took care of my sister who needed a new pair of Brooks for work. We'll be back for the sale in March. Prefer to shop local. Love Track Shack! ☺

I am not a runner or a jogger, but I do enjoy walking with my family, walking with our beautiful dog and walking around the local theme parks. Not being a runner, I was skeptical about going to Track Shack for shoes.
I was greeted by smiling, friendly, knowledgeable staff who asked about my running/ walking routine, any know foot pain, foot surgeries and what issues I had with my current shoes. My feet were measured, my stance observed and how I walked with observed. Several options were brought out, each pair was put on and I walked around in them with the salesperson watching. We discussed the pros and cons of each pair until I decided on the perfect pair for me.
Since purchasing that first pair, I have been to Track Shack several times and have always had the same experience. Outstanding customer service, no pressure to purchase, and being fitted for the best shoes for my feet.
I love being able to support a small, local business but I love having great quality shoes that fit my feet well too.

My brother and I both received excellent service and advice from Chris and Krista when buying shoes tonight. We both have unique situations regarding our feet and fit of shoes and are often very difficult to size. Chris listened to us, was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. We found solutions to our problems without being rushed or pressured. I highly recommend Track Shack! Their knowledge and wide variety of choices coupled with great customer service is why we will be back in the future!

Track Shack is the place to go to get the right shoe for how you run or walk. I brought my old shoes in so they could evaluate the wear pattern and fit with the best shoe for how I walk. This past time, I didn't need to try several shoes, just update what's been working for me.
The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

We had a fantastic experience at Track Shack! My husband and I were both in need of new shoes for walking/jogging. We wanted to get properly fitted as we are both getting back into running. Supporting a local business was an added bonus. I looked at reviews and decided on the Track Shack.
We were greeted immediately upon walking in and after sharing that we needed some shoes, the magic began. The employee that helped us (can’t remember her name) asked us questions, measured our feet, had us walk, and dropped major shoe knowledge.
She made some great suggestions and brought out 2 pairs each for us to try on. I tried a pair of Brooks and a pair of Hokas. My husband tried a pair of Brooks and a pair of ASICS.
After trying both pairs, I decided on the Hokas and my husband went with the Brooks. The store is clean with a large selection of running gear. Checkout was quick and efficient. We’ll be heading to the Track Shack whenever we need new shoes!

Chris is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Chris answered all of my questions and explained the M840FLX in full details. I highly recommend Track Shack.

If you are looking for a running store staffed by knowledgable people who genuinely care that you find the perfect fitting shoe, Track Shack is the place! I recently came in to get fitted after my favorite running shoes got redesigned by the manufacturer and were no longer perfect for me. They listened to what I was looking for, and brought out options that matched my needs. From those, I was able to find the absolutely perfect pair for me, and as a result had an absolutely amazing run at the OUC Half this year! Thank you Track Shack for your dedication to your clients!

I traveled the dreaded I4 to come to this store after my podiatrist recommended I obtain a pair of structured orthotic shoes. I have not been in a pair of tennis shoes for at least 5 years. I began training for a natural body fitness competition and was running in Skechers slip ons ( bad mistake!) and developed Baxter's Neuritis from doing so. Overnight, I went from running and walking 5 miles in under 60 min & I was crippled, unable to walk and on crutches for 3 weeks! Not many people have heard of BN, even the PT had to look it up, but Konnor ( my sales associate) knew exactly what it was and had prior experience with that particular injury. I also supinate and pronate so fitting me was challenging. I was skeptical of their "money back or different shoe until you're happy - even if you wear the shoe for 30 days.. guarantee" but that was part of the draw to travel and buy an expensive (for me ) pair of shoes. The entire staff is great, but Konnor is a patient, kind and respectful gentle soul. We started with Asics, but I ultimately had to travel back after finishing with PT and off crutches to be fitted for a different pair, this time Brooks, and they swapped the shoes out with no problems -even with the scuff marks from being on crutches and having to be in the shoes almost 24/7. Also, I waited specifically in the store for Konnor the second time because of my initial experience with him and have not had to go back for a 3rd pair of shoes. The store's reputation & longevity in the community is well deserved. I was disappointed the urban legend of the digital footmapping treadmill was just that -an urban legend- but the way the store allows you to walk, run or jog in the shoes if need be is just fine.

It’s very rare these days to encounter such happy employees willing to help you at any time of day. For that, I give this place 5 stars. Exceptional service.

Drove an hour per someone else recommendation. This shop did not disappoint! I am not a runner but I want to start running. This shop set me up with a set of brooks based on my foot needs which I never knew. The first run felt great on these shoes. I’ll be returning for my next pair!

The Track Shack is where it’s at. Greeted as soon as you walk in. Very welcoming staff. Immediate attention. I went in for the Brooks Beast running shoe. My size was available but not the color I was looking for. Matt looked up the shoe and color I wanted and placed my order. He gave me the option for store pickup or home delivery. I will be back for store pickup. I also picked up a running Adjustable Zipster to carry my cellphone and maybe some dog treats for my furry road dog. I also highly recommend this store to everyone and especially first responders. Thank you Matt.

My old running/walking shoes were long overdue for replacement, so I booked a fitting appointment here. Konnor took great care of me, providing a list of options with different positives at different price points. He was extremely knowledgable on models and their specific benefits. He set me up with a perfect pair that fits my needs and addresses the potential weak points in my gait. After using these shoes for about a week, I couldn’t be happier with the pair he recommended. I will be back when it’s time to replace these shoes, and will be referring my own friends and family to Track Shack because of my great experience.

Track Shack is the best! Konnor helped me get fit for new runners the other days and I really enjoyed the experience. The new Brooks Ghost sneakers feel very good on my feet.

I have my first marathon coming up so it was imperative I get some new shoes! I had an associate by the name of Matt help me with my first proper shoe fitting. He was very knowledgeable, and brought out plenty of different options for me to try while explaining the difference between brands/styles. I ended up going with a pair of Brooks Ghost 14 and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Thanks for all your staff does to keep our running community safe and healthy!
