good location, attached to a church next door. The office staff is actually nice. The person who wrote the place was unsafe was probably uncomfortable around black people.

If I could give 0 stars I would. “Dr” Dennis is very rude and has no empathy for his patients. My hemoglobin was 7.5 , I said I might need a blood transfusion , while trying to explain this to him he talks over me.The front staff are rude, they give nasty looks when you come in and don’t greet you. This place is very unprofessional and needs to be shut down expeditiously!

If I could give this place three zeros I would this place is ridiculous. If you are not Haitian don’t go there the two staff that sitting at the front desk acts like they’re very confused. They give you an appointment and then tell you don’t have appointment when you get there, this place is very inconvenient and the whole place needs to be shut down stay away do not go here

Looking for new primary office. The office staff is so unprofessional and the front desk lady was extremely rude. Last time I checked patient priority not screaming at a patient on the phone first learn how to communicate in an adult way lady. I have been a patient for years and never was so disrespected, and can’t get a referral to my specialist appointment Monday when I have been hospitalized for 5 days duh y’all know this my records from the hospital was sent to you all. I will no longer leave my health in this office hands or my health issues I will be looking for a new office with better professionals. Poor service and poor management sadly!!

The staff at this facility is so unprofessional it’s not even funny. If I could give zero stars, I would. The doctor’s are outstanding, however the entire office staff needs to change.

Staff was extremely unprofessional when I walked in I was not greeted had to let my presence be known as they sat on the phone and spoke Creole amongst each other. At the moment I was the only one in the office in the waiting room and it still took them at least 30 minutes to get me to the back to do my vital signs. Staff didn’t seem friendly at all there were no smiling faces no one seem to like their job. When I actually got into a private room The medical assistant that was doing my vitals proceeded to do a glucose check on me and I don’t know how she didn’t notice that there was someone else’s dried up blood on the tip of Lancet, but I was extremely disgusted and I asked her to get a new one she simply took out alcohol pad and wiped it away. As it was time for me to get the paperwork that I came for it took even longer staff sat around and continue to chat. When I asked if my paperwork was ready the employee that was sitting at the front desk had a very nasty look on her face in my paperwork still wasn’t ready nor did she know how to get the paperwork I was needing. And finishing up with a cherry on top the same employee that was at the front desk was very rude to my other doctors office, The doctor himself was nice in my opinion he really needs to get a whole new staff.

I will never go back there again. The doctor is super nice but seems like he may need to retire soon. He can barely walk I was scared he would fall trying to sit down I wanted to help him I was nervous. He didn’t even know what my name was or anything when he came in the room. He walked in without any paperwork and logged in the computer and asked what was my name on the list. I could’ve said I was anyone and he was just like ok. My appointment was at 2:00 I arrived at 1:50 and didn’t leave until 4:30. They are very slow. I even had to go back and sit just to wait for them to print my paper for me to get blood work. The staff is very unprofessional. One of them was having a conversation right in front of me while I’m waiting to set my next appointment. It took her a while before she even addressed me. She had her phone on speaker while talking about her boyfriend and she was loud with it. No one says anything about it. They never even speak when you walk in doesn’t seem like anyone wants to do their job. I’m not sure if the doctor is aware of anything he just ignores it all.

When I will arrive for my 3 o'clock appointment the receptionists were not welcoming .one was having a personal phone call while on the clock I have a important procedure coming up in October, So my doctor faxed some paperwork over to Dr. Guiteau office. After they checked my vital signs one of office employee went to check for my paperwork. And they couldn't find it. They were very rude how they handled it when they dropped the ball on their end. Both doctors were in the witness the argument between me and their employee and didn't say anything or step up to fix it.

Hire better staff!! If you’re gonna be rude and slick on the phone, expect to get cursed out . At the facility they’re slow as well

RUN. On the phone with Humana right now changing doctors. 0/10, not recommend. If you're not Haitian they treat you any kind of way.

The doctors are good but they have the worst staff I've ever dealt with. Rude and disrespectful .
