You all get this location confused with Northlake. Belvedere is way better. The cheese pastry at belvedere location was definitely store bought

If you visit West Palm Beach and don't get a cafe con leche and guava and queso pastry from Tulipan, than you are missing out on the perfect breakfast combo.

Best made cappuccino! And the beef and cheese pastries where the best tasting I’ve had in a long time.

This is the one to come to. There are a couple of these quick service restaurants but this one is definitely more consistent.
It's an inside walk up and order situation. Great sweet pastries and fried ones as well. Their guava cheese pastries are some of the best I've had.
They even fresh squeeze orange juice.
Lunch is great too. You cannot go wrong with a classic Cuban or Media Noche sandwich. Prices are perfectly reasonable as well.

Tulipan is a great place to visit if you're in West Palm Beach Florida.
It's always packed, the food is great, the coffee is amazing and the staff is wonderful. Recommend all to go there and enjoy.

Decided to hit this spot in lieu of Starbucks for breakfast on our way for a road trip. Not my first time there but I seem to always forget about them, I think it’s because the location and signage is set back off the road on Belvedere. Be on the lookout.

Food was terrific and coffee is amazing. Grabbed some empeñadas and café con leche along with some cookies, pastries, and Cuban bread and butter for the road. Yes, Cuban bread and butter - so gooooood! This place never disappoints.

This is an awesome place. It is spotless, easy to park, great customer service and, most importantly, the food is great. The baked goods have a bit of an ethnic flair. For example, the lemon bars are made with pudding instead of the typical jelly type filling. The staff doesn't speak good English so you are on your own when it comes to what you are ordering. This is not a place order on line from. You've got to be there in person to know what you are getting. But, everything is excellent. My mother loves the brownie type squares with buttercream frosting and drizzles of caramel. This would be the perfect place to put together a custom made platter for a party. The selection is broad and everything seems to be made from scratch with great care. I'd love to have a bakery like this close to where I live full time.

This was a great bakery and the desserts are amazing. There is a wide variety to choose from.

My husband and I ordered his Mom's 90th birthday cake, plus some additional cupcakes, from Tulipan. The entire experience was pleasant and smooth, from start to finish. As a plus, the price was reasonable and the cake was delicious.

The best pastelitos and cafe con leches! The worst parking lot in west palm beach! Save money for dent repair if you use their lot.

I travel to West Palm Beach for work and every morning I'm there, I go here for a cortadito and papas rellenas. This place is very popular and has never disappointed me.

Delicious everything and at a great Price. All the food is fresh and the coffee is one of a kind. They are open from 6am until 7pm. Sunday has a different schedule.

Great little spot! Cortadito or Colada, you can't go wrong! Wonderful pastries and cakes. I will usually grab a couple of guava and cheese pastry and take them to my friend. They are always a hit. The ladies there are friendly and ready to serve, so pay them a visit. You will most likely return for more.
