Ana Perez was very gracious, kind and helpful. We had to return a gazebo we ordered but when received the box was damaged, had many missing parts and incorrect instructions! Ana took time to help reorder the item and did so with a smile the entire time. She also was able to get it reordered at the same reduced price we originally paid. Five stars for Ana’s outstanding customer service skills! We appreciate all you did to help us! Thank you! 😊

Every time I walk in the Lake Mary home depot I am greeted by Allan and Candace in outside garden They are always in stock with a beautiful selection of pavers and wall, They're very helpful As well as knowledgeable, You can tell that the associates in the store care about Product being in stock for their customers it is by far the best home depot ever. Linda at customer service is so polite and very knowledgeable. Great with setting up deliveries.

This Home Depot has one of the best customer service. Brie from Lumber is great, As well as George. The Manager Victoria knows just how to make things right.

The app was showing that there was 59 quantity in stock there was only 9 on the shelf and I could not find them so I asked Frankie and it took him like 2 minutes to find them and get me out the door. I really appreciate Frankie and his effort.

I was here to purchase a Christmas tree. Staff was helpful and held the tree for me for a day. So I could get a rich to pick it up and bring it to my house.

I called 27 different Home Depot’s around me to find the exact item I needed and unfortunately every store was sold out. This store however, particularly Logan at this store took the time to check on the item and see if he had any more coming in. He took time out of his shift to help me and made sure I got one and kept me up to date every step of the way! Thank you so much Logan you have no idea how happy you made me and my wife. Nate was also very helpful when I came to pick the item up as Logan was off when I got in. Nate was very friendly and helped me get my item and talked to me for a minute and was a great guy! Thanks you two keep up the great work!!

I like this store. You can find almost everything. Staff is very helpful as usual.
Pickup option is available. Also, they have pickup locker. The website has too many details and you can locate what you need even before you head out to the store. Overall, I like this specific location.

I just need to say that in the Window and Door department I only deal with Prue, she is fantastic no actually she is the best. The customer service is the best I have ever been given. Prue's knowledge is remarkable and just her over all personality is welcoming. I have issues with the manufacture for my windows and at every turn she has been there to help find a solution for the issue. She has gone above and beyond he job scope. I am going to be sorry once my project for my window and door is done, but it has truly been a please dealing with Prue... To be very honest the whole team with the window and door is great Mrs. Ana, Austin and I am sorry the other young lady who does the window and door I don't know her name but she is also great. So if you need Window and Door please see the team at the Lake Mary Home Depot, you cant go wrong.

They have everything you need from Lumber to tools to Plumbing basically anything you need to upgrade your house or do a project and sometimes they will even help you load your cart and unload it in the vehicle if it's a bunch of stuff very friendly and courtesy and great prices I go quite often always find what I need

I would like to take this opportunity to write about an exceptional employee who works in your Home Depot at Lake Mary. Her name is Jamie Cowart / Flooring Specialist, she works in your Millwork department. We first met her back in March 14, 23 to purchase a door for our house. I must say that during this whole process she displayed a very attentive attitude, she answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our choice. She was very informative and her approach was always professional. Anytime she promised to get back to us regarding anything we inquired about, she did. Overall our experience was met with excellence.

Great customer service. Was buying inflatable Halloween decorations and they were out of what I wanted so they took down the ones on display and let me buy them.

Typical Home Depot and fully stocked. Better selections than the competition from my experience
