First Landings Aviation

This has been my flight school for a little over a year now and it’s been fantastic. The staff is extremely professional and the airplanes are in excellent like new condition. My instructor Tim Bohr is an excellent CFI and I’m extremely grateful to him for giving me the gift of flight. He puts his heart into the development of his students and it shows. Another thing is the location. The practice area is right behind the school and the runway is right in front of it. So you don’t burn time getting into you lesson. This saves a lot of money. I highly recommend First Landings for any stage of flight training!

I've been looking at getting my PPL and eventually commercial and i found this school to be a good fit after researching and reading reviews for every school in central Florida. Just had my discovery flight yesterday with Savanna, and it was absolutely amazing! She was very informative and took the time explain what we were doing and how things worked. She also made it such a casual, and fun experience! I'm definitely moving forward with my training here! The fleet looks amazing, they have maintenance on staff so all the equipment is well taken care of, the facility is nice, prices are reasonable, and most importantly everyone that I interacted with at the school was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to check out First Landings, and specifically Savanna for your instructor!

I’m glad I looked around for options before deciding on a place for flight training, otherwise I would’ve missed this place. I just received my PPL at First Landings and plan on furthering my pilot career here. Everyone has been fantastic and every instructor I flew with had helpful constructive feedback for my growth. My main instructor Tim has been awesome and super patient with me throughout my training. Very comfortable and supportive place for learning to fly.

I got my PPL last November. First Landings made everything very convenient and very flexible with my schedule as I am working full time. Viktor and Sean were my instructors, and I was very impressed with their communication on my progress and their professionalism. This place is Awesome! I highly recommend this place. I just finished my PPL and now I'm moving on to instrument and then commercial. If your looking to fly for a career, fly for pleasure, or even just see what flying is all about, First landings is the place for you. All the instructors are super nice, and they all genuinely are there to see you succeed, not just to build time for themselves. You never feel rushed or pressured and they really want to make sure you learn, not just memorize. Also, the community/ camaraderie is second to none, this place ROCKS!

Fantastic school, I earned all my ratings there from private pilot to commercial with Victor. The instructors are too notch. Victor was instrumental in fixing my power off 180 for my commercial. The training area is a minute away from the runway. And you will learn to land with a crosswind.

Had a great time on my discovery flight. My instructor Harry was very professional, made things super simple and easy to understand. Made flying fun and enjoyable. I definitely recommend First Landing Aviation as a flight school, and Harry as an instructor. 10/10

I had the opportunity to meet Forrest Davis at First Landing who was assigned as my Multi Engine Instructor (MEI) for Tecnam P2006T. I have enjoyed flying with him and very quickly realized he is extremely passionate about Flight Instruction and flying. He is to the point, doesn’t waste time, is very observant and work with you effortlessly inside cockpit. I am a Flight Instructor myself who is currently working on a ME rating at First Landing. He is highly recommended by me.

First Landings Aviation is a great flight school! They have the ability to accommodate a fast pace learning environment or go at your own pace. I had Tim for both my Private and Commercial flight training and I have to say he is the best! The staff and other flight instructors are all so nice, and there for you if you need any help or have questions.

I completed my Multi engine course with First Landings. Overall a very good experience. Viktor Kushnir was very professional and thorough and ensured there were no gaps in my skills or knowledge. Sean Powers was another instructor I had and he was also great and very professional and knowledgeable. You’ll enjoy flying with both of them just as I did!

First landings is absolutely the best place to begin your training. All of my instructors have become close friends of mine. My instructor Tim specifically will always make time for me for any question I may need to ask him. I have found myself apart of a pilot family at First Landings and have them to thank for the great help they've given me.

This flight school has been so good to me! One of the best reasons why I love this place is because of my Flight Instructer named Daniel. I could tell he has great passion for aviation and he’s great to talk to if you have any questions. Honestly, the school makes flying so much fun compared to my last flight school! I would totally recommend First Landings for people going in at any level.
