These people are so genuine and kind. They helped me through the most difficult event in my life...burying my husband, my best friend, my heart. They made the process easy and helped me get through something that I couldn't have otherwise made it through. Their work was accommodating and flawless.

Advantage Funeral home has a very professional and personable staff. I worked mainly with Steve Blackwell, he was our director. Steve was empathetic, knowledgeable, professional, and loving. He possessed the exact traits I needed to get through this extremely difficult time of losing my mother. Kelsey was gentle, Anita was kind, and Lee was helpful. I walked away very impressed by the experience and able to move forward because of their services. First of all I never thought I would be writing a review for a funeral home; however, I lost my brother very sudden. Terry Hames and the staff handled everything for me and my family. They blended in with our guest and you could tell they genuinely cared and wanted to help make everything seamless. I can't thank them enough for the amazing care they gave us! If you're wanting care and that white glove service then choose this funeral home because they will go that extra mile. They truly are the best!

My son/brother passed away unexpectedly so it was a shock to our family. We were very touched by the sincere thoughtfulness and feelings of sorrow we felt by the entire staff at Advantage Funerals and Cremation Service of Archdale, NC. They added the perfect touches to his visitation. They went out of their way to make our final departure of my son/brother a celebration of life. Many of the visitors commented on how very nice they represented our family during the most difficult time of our lives. The funeral director, Terry Hames, went over and beyond any expectations that our family had. The entire staff was amazing. We live out of state and they made the entire process very easy for our family. I can't say enough great things about this funeral home. They are amazing and are highly recommended by our family.
