The Cumby staff was very attentive to our family's needs. Everyone there made this challenging time a little easier for us. When we had questions or needed their assistance in any way, they were always quick to respond and offer help in any way that we needed. We are very grateful to have this funeral home in our community.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful services we received from Andrew and James. They are very comforting in the most difficult time you will ever face. My family has used Cumby's for 40 plus years and we don't plan to use anyone else in the future. We lost our mom last month and all I had to do was make one call to Andrew. He started making it easier right away. When I couldn't think of things, he did, right to the smallest detail. James was right there at the church and the graveside to make sure everything went smoothly and take care of everything. They have checked on us to make sure we are doing all right showing just how much they care about the people they work with. I will continue to recommend them to everyone!

Cumby Funeral Services is made up of a group of very professional, as well as caring individuals. They have helped us with several funeral services through the years ( most recently my dad in December 2023). They have given wonderful attention to detail and have helped with all areas of preparing for the funeral. We have worked specifically with Cameron ( from Cumby) for both my mom and dad’s funerals. He has been such a great help and provided wonderful service to our family! What a blessing! Thank you so much!

I have attended Cumbys Archdale many times over the years to services of family and church family members. They have always done an excellent job. Everyone at Cumby’s was kind and sensitive to my needs. They handled everything in a professional manner. They accommodated my requests. I was very pleased with the services. They even checked on me after a few days to see how I was doing and to see if I needed anything. Highly recommended.

Cameron and the rest of the staff were amazing. This is a part of life no one wants to deal with and when it's unexpected its even worse. The team here was so kind, they walked us through every tiny detail to make sure the service would honor daddy and support us. They were available just about any time of the day for any questions, concerns or adjustments we wanted to make. They took the absolute worst days of my life and gave me peace knowing daddy was taken care of. They deserve 10 stars. Definitely recommend Cumby and the folks here.

Cumby's does a great job of working with me concerning financial matters, especially when insurance companies are concerned.

We used Cumby Family Funeral service in Archdale recently after the passing of our Mother. Cumbys has always been highly regarded in our family and my Mother had selected the same. The team at Cumbys were (as always) courteous, kind and supportive throughout the process. Cameron supported as Director and went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order during a very difficult time. Elizabeth has remained in touch as well to make sure the family are doing ok and to check if we need anything. Our family has been very pleased by their continued care and compassion, even after the service was complete. Our family will continue to trust Cumbys to care for our loved ones when the time comes.

Cumby’s is so awesome after me and my husband lost our son we were hit with very unfortunate circumstances on top of losing our son we also lost our house so we couldn’t pay all of our little angels funeral expenses after week after week we could t pay they allowed us to come get our baby boy and bring him home and pay them later on,so blessed for them to be so comforting and understanding at this time in our lives
