DMV - Driver License Examining Office

Although it takes forever to get things done at the DMV, I like that it's now by appointment only. The place is clean, comfortable, and the seats are padded. Waiting in the environment is quiet and pleasant. The staff are helpful and friendly.

A lot of DMV’s are a pain … the staff here made it seamless. The state made an error when they printed my last drivers license and the entire staff here was all over it, taking me in without an appointment and ensuring that everything was taken care of. I was in and out with a new license in 25 minutes. Thanks Brett!

I came to get a vehicle title, and Vincent helped us today. He was amazing. It's probably the best visit to the DMV in my 20 years in Palm Beach. Kudos to him. He guided us to get the title and the transfer to the new owner in one visit.

I had an appointment at palm Beach gardens FL location, to update the address on my license I had the pleasure of being waited on by someone named Nancy! She was so friendly, but most importantly she was very patient and professional, when I took my first picture she asked if I wanted to take it again and that it was okay to smile lol, I agreed and I'm glad I did the second picture looked much better, I usually dread going into places like this because, it's hardly ever a pleasant experience, but this time it was a delight to do business with the DMV, thanks!☺

I realize it seems odd to rate a trip to the DMV with five stars, but the reservation system made my wait short and the person who helped me, Nancy, was lovely.

Just finished with my appointment at the DMV. Usually a stressful, irritating situation. Not so at this location! The line moved quickly and efficiently.

I made an appointment weeks ago and was served after about 20 minutes of waiting. Not bad at all. The gentleman who took care of me had a great attitude and answered all my questions fully.

Not gonna say I look forward to returning, but it was not a bad trip at all!

You must make an appt. I did so online. They process you much quicker now though. No sitting allowed, just follow the yellow tape marks. I waa happy with the process even though I almost said "baa baa" (<- sheep ref)! I was out in less than an hour, which is great for how many services they offer.

Nicole was awsome! She was very kind, patient and skilled. She really guided me and smoothly did my whole process. She is also bilingual, definitely a plus. I have lived in 4 states and never saw a decent and respectful treatment and organized DMV like this one while in the others they treat you like you are in a crime. I was shocked with this good experience! Great job and thanks for making this process easy and almost fun! 👍 please keep this culture.

Over the years when I have had to go to the Tax Collectors Office in Palm Beach County at Palm Beach Gardens, it is always been a pleasant experience.

I noticed that they go out of your way to be polite, courteous and always helpful.

Had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but they're really organized. Check-in process is quick as long as you have your appointment confirmation. Waited inside for mayne 20 minutes before being called, and everyone was really nice. Office wasn't too crowded, everyone wore mask, and there was social distancing.

Despite of what internet memes may say, I have yet to have a negative experience involving the Palm Beach Gardens DMV staff or facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the process is quick and easy. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get their license.

Best DMV/Government experience by far. You have to schedule an appointment which ended up being 10 days prior to the appointment. I am not sure if this is the typical process, or just due to COVID19. Arrived on time and checked in at the exterior check-in window. Received my appoint ticket with my service number and entered the building. Went through security and followed instructions to the main room. Wait approximately 5 minutes until my ticket number was called. All staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed overall happy. The title clerk was quick and efficient, and happily helped me correct an error on a form that I completed prior to my arrival.

Overall I was in and out, with my mission completed in about 20 minute. Best experience with government services so far.
