They did a amazing job. The service was beautiful & everyone that worked there was so nice & caring.

A year ago they took care of my mothers services and they did an excellent job. Now one year later my grandmother passed and they have exceeded our expectations yet again. I can’t praise this family owned business enough. They are compassionate, they treat you like family and they are excellent at what they do. I will always be grateful for them.

On behalf of the family of the late David Herring, I would like to give a shout out to and personally thank Loomis Funeral Home, the City of Apopka, and the Apopka Police Department. Loomis Funeral Home did an amazing job helping to arrange and provide services for the passing of my father-in-law. Shannon Castro was amazing at what she did to make the arrangements much easier than what we expected them to be. We will be forever grateful for your kind heart and compassion during this difficult time. The Apopka Police gave us an escort from the funeral home to the cemetery and it was one of the greatest things I’ve seen. They did an amazing job at keeping traffic at bay especially since traffic at that time was already crazy. We could’ve used that escort home too. Thank you to everyone for all your hard work and services. It is very much appreciated.

I just recently lost my Mom who was living in Leesburg, FL. That's something that only happens once in your life and being prepared just never seems to be the case.
I live out of town so the whole thing was something that had to be arranged remotely. I had worked with Loomis Funeral Home a couple times in the past with only some aspects of the process as my Dad, Father-In-Law, and Mother-In-Law all passed outside of Florida, but because they were all from the area, we had all the Funeral services and burial done locally in Apopka by Loomis Funeral home. The services were performed flawlessly and with a higher level of respect than I had been accustomed to ever before so when we got the call that Mom had passed we knew who to call thankfully.
This was the first experience I had with them involving every aspect of the process from picking her up at the hospital to the funeral service to the cremation. There were details that helped tremendously that I didn’t know were even available two of which were the live stream of the service where we had the attendance of family in New York to Georgia that couldn’t make the trip and a fellowship in the adjacent hall where no one in the family had to even get in the car to attend.
Did I mention the unbelievable level of respect for our Mom and our family? This is a time where that is a very valuable asset as this process should always be smooth and without additional stress as the passing of a loved one is stressful enough.
I can’t thank them enough. It’s hard to rank them as a “business” as it didn’t feel like “business” but rather “care” in a time when our family really needed it.

Since the 1st day I met with Steve I felt welcome he helped me out with everything. He didn't rush me at all when it came out to picking things out for my mom. He really made me feel like family. I hope I don't have to visit no time soon but if I ever have to again this would be the place to pick. His staff was great too! If I could give you a 10 star I would.

They were so respectful to myself & my dads widow. They handle everything including getting death certificates to Social Security, as well as arranging their cost through the life insurance. They give you a booklet that gives you all the information you'll need to settle necessary matters swiftly so you can get on with the grieving process. They are truly kind people.

Caring, compassionate, and extremely helpful family owned funeral services. Our experience with Bob and his team was such a pleasure. At the passing of a special person, we wanted a "family" not a commissioned salesman to help us through the process. Wonderful.

William and team were just amazing. Our fathers passing was by far the most tragic event that has happened to our family and each of us were grieving in such different ways, they were able to remain professional, explain every step of the burial process and even looking to a verity of scenarios that we asked about. They even restocked the peppermint candies that kids kept loading up on. I can not thank them enough for their patients and support. Their slogan should be "Making the worst day of your life, a little less stressful".

When my girlfriends Mother passed from ALS I immediately reached out to Loomis FF and they handled everything instantly and so incredibly professional. It was a beautiful service and I can tell you I highly reccomend them and they will be taking care of my loved ones in the future. God Bless you all and Thank You beyond words.
