Christian and Tay provided excellent customer service today. They went above and beyond to grab a couple boxes of tiles for me when the shelf was empty. Leadership please recognize the stellar employees who made my shopping experience positive.

If I have to choose Lowe’s over Home Depot, I do every time the isles are wider. The store is genuinely cleaner

And you can find someone that can help you most of the time I believe that the contractor people are superior to Home Depot people. Being in the construction businessand former assistance store manager for Lowe’s in the 70s.

I buy different items at this place but I really love their premium home air filters because they are clearly the best and they last the longest., love love love Lowes, if they don't have it then you don't need it! Good place with many deals but you need to sign up for the deals through the Krazy Coupon Lady or Clark Howard Deals and let me tell you just how much you will Save.
It's big, I bought 4 motion sensor lights for the Closets and For the Front of The House and they were less than half price?!

I visited on a holiday to look for a hard to find part. It was not an emergency, but something that should have been addressed in my home as soon as possible. It was easy to find, and the associate helped me with a good attitude. Thanks Lowes

I went looking for a microwave. The sales person was super helpful. She had a good knowledge on microwave and helped me get the right one.

The store it's in great shape. All the prices are out and everything is looks perfectly labeled there's nothing in the middle of the aisle like obstacles. All of the employees are very nice and willing to help I've been welcomed three times and asked twice if I needed help finding anything. This is a great place to shop for the outdoors and indoors and cleaning etc etc things that you need.

Been going here since they first opened. Very knowledgeable . And always willing to help you get what you need .

Shae in the pant department is fantastic! We are first time home buyers, and had no clue on what we were doing when it came to painting our walls! She helped us and taught us things we had no idea about! She definitely needs to be recognized, she helped multiple people to the fullest in a short amount of time! She's a Rockstar!

Dex For The Dub - A closing hour story.

I arrived to Lowe’s 15 minutes before they closed Saturday night (only needed 1 coupling and 1 adapter to finish a 15-hour day sprinkler project.)

#1. Dex is the man! Super funny and very helpful. I spent 15 minutes looking for these products and couldn’t find them ANYWHERE. Started panicking because I was very aware of the hour. In short, regardless of my inconvenience, DEX wouldn’t let me leave until he ensured I had the right couplings and adapters.

#2. However, another dude with curly hair who let me out at 10:14 pm, I acknowledged him in 3 separate instances on my way out. 1 sincere apology (no response). A repeat of my apology (ignored me again). Then a final, “well, I hope you have a good night man.” (Not a word and shut the door behind me).

#3. Naturally, a 5-star service from Dex and a 0 star service from the curly hair guy would be 2.5 star average, right? Well, if I could give Dex 10 stars I would.

Summary: I never let rude people negatively impact my vibrations or dim my light. You can’t control how others treat you, so personally, I could care less about how Curly treated me. I only and always focus on the good… and since the hood was phenomenal, 5 stars for Lowes!

Appreciate the fact that this store had a very common item listed in its website AND it was in the store. I was not listed in its major competitor. Also the website sort-of, almost, directed me to where the product resided.

THIS LOWES LOVES TO HELP CUSTOMERS. I al so thankful for them. My husband and injust bought our first home and have very hard water that has high iron, we have well water. We initially called someone from a water company who was estimating about a 5,000 system. UGH what a nightmare after just putting a down-payment on our home! But we decided maybe we can figure it out. WOW we are so glad we did ! We found a water softener and a filter that was about $500 total. And we had the BEST customer service.
But most importantly there is a man who works there with blue hair, who is ex military, and he was so helpful and real with us. He told us exactly how to set up the system and encouraged us that it wasn't that hard and that it was worth it for us to do it. He told us exactly what to get, and how to do it. If we had questions we could call him. WOW I am so thankful for him! He saved us thousands of dollars. We will definitely be back to lowes for our next project.
Also, we successfully installed our own water softener and water filter and did all the plumbing ourselves !!!

Huge store. Spacious isles. Helpful staff. They helped me find the refrigerator filter I was looking for and then told me that if I bought two that I will get ten dollars off of each of them.
